Neptune missed the initial hit but immediately followed up by attempting to tackle Jasmine, in an attempted Bearhug

Neptune was breathing heavy, she tried to put an elbow into Jasmine’s stomach, attempting to break free using the technique that Jasmine used on her before, hoping it would be more effective when she used it
