A Matter of Honour: Homura Kōgetsu vs Kyo Akamatsu

The crowd was on the edge of their seat now as Kyo slammed Homura decisively into the mat; without wasting a second, Kyo then rolled the bluenette up for a pinfall-- a pinfall that only reached one before Homura suddenly kicked out. Breaking the pin, Kyo rolled up into his knees, admittedly more than a little surprised: after all of the punishment he had just infliucted on Homura's back, he hadn't expected his opponent to kick out after just one countdown. Homura, it seemed, had a lot more endurance than he had expected: winning by a tapout or even a basic pinfall was going to be a lot more effort than he had expected.

Rolling to his feet, he grabbed one of Homura's arms. "Get up," he growled, yanking her to her feet...before shooting a knee up into her midsection, aiming to keep her nice and breathless. Grabbing a hold of Homura's arm, he would turn and whip her towards the ropes: the moment Homura came bouncing back, Kyo would be running up to meet her, spinning in mid-run before delivering a forearm chop just below her collar bone to knock her down again!
