Hello everyone. I wanted to ask about availability of the character Eve from Stellar Blade. I noticed user Galahad having her bit renouncing to all their claims before leaving. They were also sharing with someone named HotWheels, but has been inactive for a lot of time. Would she be free for the taking then?

HotWheels was last active in March, and the general wait time is a year of inactivity. She comes back every so often, so I'd either wait or ask a mod.
