It appears listed as taken by TheSuitedOwl but the link says the profile for the character doesn't exist anymore, so I come to the people in charge to ask if Pyra from Xenoblade is free. I asked about Pyra for myself a while ago, and was told it still belonged to The Suited owl. That benig said, that was a while ago, and things might have changed. I would try to reach out to them and see if they are ok with you using the character. Also, if the have not posted for a year you are also good. (I haven't interacted with thesuited owl, unless i'm forgeting something.)
