"Oomph! Ngh.. good job, bow for the slam!" Alaina said, trying to encourage Elena. Alaina could see the enjoyment on the reporters face as she kept at it.

It was a good feeling for Alaina. After her recent struggled and the floundering tag team issues when bad with Tina it was great to have training be fun again.

Elena would just smile as she got an compliment as she bend forward as she would place one hand between her opponent's legs. After that she would try to lift the Amazon up , but struggled since she was not used to lifting that much weight as she barely got her above her legs when she threw Alaina down to the canvas. ''Sorry but could not lift you any further''apologized the Belgium woman as she pants heavily.

Alaina groaned as she hit the mat, still hurting from the half slam! Alaina slowly rolled over making it up to her hands and knees. "It is fine, ya did pretty good. Any chance I can slam you now?" Alaina said jokingly.

Elena had slammed the Amazon onto the mat , but was worried when she heard the wrestler groan that she had messed up.Luckily that chanced when Alaina got to her hands and knees as she heard that it was fine while asked if the wrestler could slam her now. Thinking it over the Belgium woman was unsure ,but knew that she could better experience it at the hands of Alaina then by some wrestler she piss of because of an question as she replied ''I would not mind.Still you got to promise me that you you don't throw me down with all your strength Alaina''.

"All right but that doesn't mean it will be soft. I will give ya a good up and down still." Alaina said as she moved in, bending down to grab Elena and lift her up! Alaina kept her held up and walked to the middle of the ring, giving her a solid slam, but not going all out.

''I understand''replied Elena just in time as the Amazon had moved in , and bend down to grab and lift her up. The Belgium woman was surprised by the strength that Alaina possessed until she was slammed down onto the canvas as she groaned a little after the impact.

Alaina stood over Elena and looked down at her. "Are ya all right? One slam can't be all it takes to put ya away!" Alaina said, trying to encourage Elena into getting up.

"Are ya gonna just take a slam and let it go unanswered? Try to lift me again, bend your knees and then spring up to lift with your whole body. Give me your best shot and ride the momentum. He'll, try doing more and going for a pin!" Alaina said, getting caught up in the moment, hoping that Elena was as well.

Elena would just groan as she heard the Amazon try to encourage her into getting up as she replied ''I am not a wrestler remember'' as she tried to get up. Still while she was alright besides some pain in her back she was not up for trying to lift Alaina off the canvas , and then slam her down as she would look for her stuff , and the bottle of water so she could get an drink.

"I know, but ya did really well for a first time out. Like, you could make it if you trained I think." Alaina added with a shrug and smile. She made her way over to Elena as she took a break and stood next to her. "So, what did ya think?" Alaina asked, wondering what Elena was going to say about her little training excursion.

Elena would take an sip of her water bottle as she heard the Amazon once again say she could be a wrestler. So the Belgium woman would just smile as she put the bottle back in her back as she replied ''thanks , but I think I am better of staying an reporter.Still what is up next coach as we got to continue this training right.Or was this all you wrestlers do for an workout each morning?''
