Rangiku had Irena's attempted cheapshot well scouted, as she caught Irena's leg, and used Irena's own momentum to flip her over into a painful single-leg Boston crab. Much worse than the pressure Rangiku was applying to Irena's back was the pain that Rangiku was inflicting to Irena's already hurt leg and foot, as she cruelly worked them over.
"Ahh! Ow! Oww!" howled Irena in agony, as she pounded her fists and free foot against the floor in pain. Irena was completely helpless to do anything more than scream in pain, as Rangiku had her well trapped in the hold.

Bending more and more, her curvy rear now fully on Irena's back, Rangiku showed no remorse in practically trying to cripple this girl!
"I'll have fun with the pieces...!" She'd roar, stating her thought process as she went full on; arching her back and leaning as much as she could into it, practically making her orange locks dangle over the girls head!

"Yah! Owwww!" yelled Irena helplessly as her leg was painfully bent back. She stopped trying to fight back as she helplessly tapped on the floor and begged the curvy nurse for mercy.
"Mercy! Mercy! Please let me go! It hurts! Please! Owowow!" Irena cried out pathetically, on the verge of tears.

Uninterested in those cries, Rangiku was practically straining herself with how hard she was pulling. Figure tensed and what muscles she had going overtime, as she sought to stretch this girl out as far as she could go!

"Gahhhh! I give! I give! Stop! You're going to rip it off!" screamed Irena in pain as her leg indeed felt like it was being ripped from her body. The pain was excruciating. She felt her vision blur around the edges, and knew that she was close to passing out from the pain.

Finally releasing, Rangiku did so with a mighty shove into the girls side as she fell to the ground herself, rubbing her own frame for pain as she did so.
"Idiot..that'll teach you.."
