With the two girls on the ground and locked in combat, Viper's attention was directed at inflicting the most damage as she could as quickly as possible. She felt it as Irene returned fire, of course, but she couldn't let that keep her down for long. She would fight through it as long as she needed to pay Irene back in turn for each blow she landed on her - and besides, she had seen a lot worse in her day. Still, when Irene refused to be moved so easily, Viper was starting to get the hint that she needed to change her tactics. And that was when she saw the chain dangling in the space between them, inviting her to make her move. She had brought the chain into the fight, and she certainly wasn't done with it.

Viper's fingers wrapped tightly around the chain as she pulled at it, tightening it around her opponent's throat. She watched as Irene gagged and sputtered, but she still wasn't moved. Viper knew how tough an opponent she was dealing with, and she was sure this was far from the end for her. Indeed, Irene grabbed back at the chain, pulling it free from her neck with some effort - but still, Viper had a plan, as she kept putting the pressure on Irene with a barrage of fists to the face!

Even as the dark-haired girl blocked a few punches, Viper wasn't about to slow down. Holding onto the chain with one hand lest it slip out of her grasp and into her foe's, she kept Irene in place while she threw punch after punch with the other. The two began to roll and turn over the mat as they were unrestrained in their brawling, and eventually, Viper felt herself nearing the ropes. She slipped the hand holding the chain through the loop and reached out to grab onto a rope, using it to hoist herself back to her feet and dragging Irene back with her. Of course, things were far from over, and she kept firing off punches - she just needed to get them on their feet to bring the fight up with them!

The audience was in shock with how the fight has turned out to be. The steer of the match was in constant change as both girls struggled to overpower the other. There was no telling what would happen next.

Irene finally managed to free her throat from the wrath of those chains but not welcomed warmly as Viper took no time to throw her fists into Irene's cheeks. With one of her hand still grasping the damn chains, she barely guarded her face and decided it was enough and threw some of her own fists into her enemy's way. Both girls rolled and turned over the mat as they brawled furiously. None of the girls were eager to let go as they traded fists.

Viper reached out for the ropes and started hoisting herself up, Irene followed her foe up on feet, standing; yet their fists never ceased as both girls continued to trade punches. Once they were up, Irene held the chain by two hands then reel her arms back to pull Viper towards her to welcome her foe with a rough headbutt potentially stunning her for a second or two.

With each passing second both Irene and Viper were battering one another. Fists were flying in every direction, landing against cheeks, ribs, sides, and chests with great speed and fury. Still bound together by the chain in their grasp, the two girls never strayed far from each other; first Viper was atop Irene, then Irene atop Viper before the positions reversed just as quickly as they were gained. It didn't matter how many blows Viper took, as long as she could pay Irene back all the same.

Even as the two of them reached the ropes, with Viper forcing the two of them back to their feet, the brawling didn't let up for a second, as they let their fists fly into one another. Viper cracked backward, sputtering, only to throw herself back into the fray with an elbow at Irene. But it was the dark-haired girl who would finally force a break in the frentic pace of the action, as she grabbed onto the chain, dragging Viper back toward her. Before Viper had a chance to let go, she was already in Irene's range - and as she struck out with a headbutt, the deathmatch veteran was sent staggering backward, her head rolled back over her shoulder as she gurgled and groaned.

Irene had bought herself back some time, but it still wouldn't be long before Viper looked back up at her, and her brows narrowed in a glare. She had gone staggering back as Irene struck out at her, and in the process more of the chain had been loosened. That just gave Viper more to work with - and she tightened her grip around the chain, giving it a sharp crack to whip it into Irene's side!
