Unable to react to Katsumi’s onslaught, Raya was slammed into the mat in a kneeling facebuster, leaving her stunned and reeling. The punk princess was now in full control of the match while Raya found herself in heaps of trouble, and although she wouldn’t need more than a few moments to snap out of this miserable position she was in, moments were something she simply was not afforded as Katsumi made sure not to give her an inch of time to recover.

Raya felt herself being pulled up, and as she stands her legs start to give away only for her opponent to swing her upside down. Raya, although still stunned, is a bit less dazed and is aware of what’s going on, her face flushes red at the sight of being forced to stare right at Katsumi’s hips, she tries to look away in embarrassment, but quickly realizes there’s bigger fish to fry as her opponent is about to slam her down into a tombstone piledriver!

“N-No!” The words escape her mouth as she tries to resist to no avail, she gulps and closes her eyes, hoping that she won’t take too much damage from the piledriver!

Hefting someone into this position took a lot more effort than Katsumi remembers. But once they're in place, it's easier. Just keep their body straight up and down, keep them hugged securely to yourself. Now is definitely not the time to be shy. he tombstone piledriver doesn't afford anyone a personal bubble.

She instantly feels the tension gripping Raya's body, and Katsumi hurriedly redoubles her hold around her waist to keep her in place. A little jostle here, an adjustment there, and-- perfect. Raya's muscled figure is held in exquisitely dominant position at the ready for one of the most feared moves in professional wrestling. At least by her standards. And hearing Raya's voice protesting down below sends a veritable shiver down her spine. It's no wonder people use this move to finish people off. It's so euphoric, like an instant power trip. And she's not immune to the overwhelming sense of body contact it forces, with the base of Raya's hips just button beneath Katsumi's chin.

Carefully supporting the other woman, she slides her hand down between her shoulders, along the back of her neck, along the nape, and behind her head to try to manually turn her face and push forward, pressing her chin and likely some of her mouth against her hips in return - and locking her head in place with her bare thighs.

The audience is going wild. The force of the noise is practically hitting the pair of women in waves.

A part of her hesitates. She wants to spike her down so bad. What a statement that would make. But... hearing that plea...

Maybe for the first time in Katsumi's career, there's a twinge of sympathetic guilt. She knows she'd be doing the exact same thing. Making the exact same plea. For her, it's borne of absolute terror - practically a phobia of trust issues. And if the positions were reversed...

...well...

...she can't say she knows Raya would do this for her. But she'd want her to. And for once in her life, it feels wrong to go through with something she has every impulse otherwise to carry out.

Let the cards fall how they may. It might mean she isn't finishing Raya off here and now. But... dammit if she can't go through with it.

Katsumi pops up onto the gold-capped toes of her boots, then drops down to her knees with a heavy THUMP against the mat, propelled by their combined bodyweights all coming to a point atop Raya's head. Or so it would appear to the audience. Katsumi's just masking Raya's head between her legs, keeping her held up just enough to spare her anything worse than a firm bump. She'll be feeling it, but only at about ten percent of what it could be. What it should be.

And with that, Katsumi leans forward to release Raya and let her flop onto her back, and promptly throws herself down over the woman. The hips go right back to her face, pressed snug against Raya's features. Her stomach presses to Raya's breasts, while hers press into Raya's midsection. Reaching forward, she draws the woman's left leg into her arm, hooking the limb into the air against her shoulder for a pin attempt.

Raya groaned as she felt her head being locked into place by Katsumi’s thighs, she stopped resisting and accepted that she wouldn’t be able to escape this piledriver, this would probably be the end for her, but even if she got lucky and wasn’t instantly put out, she’d be in no shape to escape any further attempts by Katsumi to pin her. She'd basically lost the fight, the rest of it was just a formality.

She felt herself being brought down…only for her head to bump slightly against the canvas, barely hurting her. She couldn’t believe her luck, Katsumi had completely botched the piledriver! Did she have cold feet, did she hesitate, or did she just plain miscalculate it? Regardless of the reason, Raya was given a lifeline from out of nowhere when all seemed lost!

As Raya flopped on her back, Katsumi pressed against her and hooked her leg for a pin, but it was no use as she managed to kick out quite easily having been given ample time to recover once Katsumi had failed to completely finish her off with the piledriver!

“Gotcha, dumbass!” She’d say as she’d push Katsumi off her and get back up with renewed determination, regardless of how bad of a shape she currently found herself in, it was much better than the alternative!

She’d wait for Katsumi to rise and when it happened she’d quickly launch a punch straight at her jaw, aiming to destabilize her! It would be far weaker than usual since she barely had any strength left to put into it, so she could only hope that Katsumi herself was weakened enough to be unable to withstand it.

Katsumi held tight to Raya's fallen form in a visually stunning pinfall. The referee-girl dropped down beside the pair, hand raised and ready to count!

And suddenly, Raya shoves Katsumi off before even a single count is called out. It's difficult to capture exactly which emotion is running highest in the punkette at that precise moment. She rests there on her side, one elbow propping her up, staring at Raya in disbelief. Anger. Outrage. Regret.

Not even one count? She was spared, and... not even one count? She's instantly reminded of the first time someone realized how afraid she was in that position, and how they changed up the impact to give her that same kind of mercy. She could've kicked out of the pin. But she didn't. She was so grateful, she lie flat for her opponent - ragdolled for her to sell it. It was a multi-fall match, but still very much a gamble. But they didn't have to do that.

Not even one count...?

Katsumi picks herself up to er knees.

She could understand Raya kicking out. But maybe at the two! She wouldn't fault someone for wanting to stay in the match, she's telling herself she's not unreasonable, she chose this, to take that risk and fudge the impact for her, but...

...not even a one!?

She climbs to her full height. There's a sudden impact ringing against her fine jaw. Katsumi's head whips back, and the girl is sent into a stagger several paces back. It's only with an arm-flail that she manages to hook the top rope and not tumble all the way to the mat. She'd been caught so much in her own anger, her own confusing sense of betrayal, that she didn't even see that punch coming. And now, with her head lolling to the side in a daze, she's in no position to protect herself.

As soon as her punch connected, sending Katsumi tumbling into the rope, Raya would charge at her and grab her by the waist, pulling her a few steps back away from the rope, before swinging her upside down in the exact position Katsumi just had her in mere moments earlier before fumbling it, but Raya wasn’t Katsumi, she knew how to finish the job and execute a tombstone piledriver perfectly.

However, these circumstances were extraordinary, Raya was so out of gas that she could barely even keep a grip on Katsumi and hold her up, she knew she had to finish the job with this one move, and if it failed she’d be basically giving the match up to her opponent, and so she took a deep breath to prepare herself.

“It seems to me you need some help pulling off this move, princess.” She’d speak, deciding to mock her opponent one final time. “Luckily for you, I’m a very kind and generous person! I’ll demonstrate how to pull it off and even let you be my guinea pig! Isn’t that nice of me? I’ll let you say thanks…once I’ve got you out cold!”

After hissing those last few words in anger, she’d then drive Katsumi into the mat as hard as she could, not holding back even an inch. Raya didn’t know what would happen if she didn’t manage to finish off the punk princess with this piledriver, but she put these thoughts out of her mind until later. For now Raya would drop to the mat and hit the woman with everything she had!

Katsumi raises her free hand in protest when Raya closes in and grabs her, managing only to paw dazedly at the woman's shoulder. She's hauled away from the ropes with stumbling steps. And when the two finally came to a stop, her equilibrium was short-lived. She's spun around and mirrored into the position with Raya, eyes instantly widened in recognition and fear.

And regret. So much regret.

"Y-y-you jerk..!," Katsumi protests, unable to keep the quaking out of her voice. There's more in there, though - the outrage she was feeling before redoubled, with a healthy dose of more betrayal. Her arms are locked around Raya's waist, her legs hooking over her shoulders, her face inches away from the other woman's hips. Her heart pounds hard, erratic against Raya's skin, the tension in her frame easy to feel in the way they're locked together. "I-I went easy on you..! I was t-trying to be nice..!"

Inwardly, that's all there is to it. She tried to be nice, to show someone a little clemency, and she's paid back with this. There's little she can do here but press her face hard against the other woman's hips and cling to her like a lifeboat, hoping it'll cushion or lessen the blow to come. She doesn't expect there to be any sort of reciprocation of mercy from Raya.

The impact comes. The shock to the top of her head is astounding, numbing, causing every nerve in her body to fire at once. Her arms fall limp around Raya's waist, her shoulders slouched against her lap. If released, Katsumi will simply drop to the mat on her back, eyes shut, mouth open, chest rising and falling heavily with each uneven breath.

Her world is darkness and throbbing pain, dizziness and uncertainty. She can hear the roar of the audience popping with the tombstone delivered. She can't force her eyes open yet, but she's struggling to hold onto consciousness. For all intends and purposes, however, to the audience? It looks like Katsumi has been finished and waiting for the pin.

Raya watches Katsumi’s limp body with a smirk, and goes to finish her off but then she herself collapses backwards! She breathes heavily and tries to get back up, but struggles to do so. She thinks to herself that she has to pin Katsumi now or else she’s finished, but the accumulation of exhaustion has at last caught up to her and her pushing herself in that last burst of energy has left her with nearly nothing!

After seconds of useless struggling, she finally manages to haul herself over Katsumi and weakly hooks her opponent’s leg to pin her as the ref starts the count.

Raya knows that even the slightest of movement by Katsumi will break her grasp, so she hopes that the woman was hurt enough to be put out for just these few moments until the ref gets to three!

Raya collapses, and the audience is on their feet! They can clearly see that even after the punishing blow, Raya's energy seems to be out! But all she has to do is cover Katsumi for the win!

Meanwhile, Katsumi is trying to will herself to move; to get it together and pull through. She's grown enough cognizance again to realize she doesn't feel the expected weight of her opponent lying across her yet. It's affording her some time, some badly needed time to gather her senses. But still, to the outside world, all they can see is the rise and fall of Katsumi's chest.

Suddenly, there it is. The collapsing weight of Raya Ashberry covering her, pinning her shoulders to the mat. The feeling of Raya pressing her down is suffocating, drowning her in the damp warmth of her sweat-slickened skin. She feels her leg hooked into the air, taking away her lower leverage.

The referee-girl drops beside the pair and strikes the mat beside Katsumi's head.

"ONE!," she calls out.

“Two!” The ref counts.

Almost there, Raya thinks to herself. All that’s left is just one more moment for her victory!

Raya grits her teeth and tries to keep hold of Katsumi’s leg for just a little more!

A tremor runs through the mat with each slap. Katsumi can feel it against her bare back, against the shoulders pushed into the canvas material.

There's the one count.

Her mind is starting to race. She's not unconscious, she's avoided the biggest fear of the evening. But now she has to pull through. She doesn't want anything more in the world right now than to wrestle herself free and pay Raya back for this. For taking advantage of being shown kindness! Kindness from her of all people! She can reflect later on how much of a mistake it was, but for now, her heart is burning for comeuppance.

The second count hits.

Her breathing hastens beneath Raya, a couple more rapid breaths pressing up underneath her. She'll likely be able to feel the muscles in the other girl's body tensing.

The referee's hand raises and swings down.

"THR-- NO!"

Katsumi had pulled it together just enough to twist her shoulders, desperately reaching to the sky with her right arm. The shoulder is up! The pinfall is technically broken! Katsumi needs a couple more moments to gather her strength, but she's narrowly avoided being pinned!

"No fall! Only a two-count!," the referee calls to the timekeeper, showing off a pair of fingers.

"Nngh.. screw.. you..," she mutters to Raya as her arm drops, resting against her rival's back.
