Annie was just starting to lift Orime off the guard, thinking there was no way that her opponent could even think of putting up resistance in time if at all, she had the german suplex in the bag.

There was until she was struck several times in the cheek, the strikes strong enough to start knocking the usually tough Annie into a loop.

Eventually this caused Annie to let go of her grip, and drop Orime while she doubled over, primarily checking her cheekbones, cause those elbows definitely hurt.

Orime was free, out of the danger of a painful suplex! However, she knew she didn't have too long, turning around. She'd try to grab Annie's hair and toss her to the mat. If successful, she would go for a headlock.

Annie was still holding her cheekbones in pain, each of those punches that Orime threw stung like a bee sting, as the ginger haired powerhouse could feel her cheeks turn slightly red.

The pain from Annie’s cheeks affected her so much that she did not notice Orime grabbing her braids and quickly thrusting her to the mat. “AH!” Annie yelped as her head bounced off the mat with a thud.

Soon after that, Orime had her in a headlock, Annie laid flat on her back, her arms left to squirm, not knowing what she might do next.

The best she could do was ball up her fist, and attempt to launch some punches to Orime’s head, in an attempt to force her off.

Orime strained, trying to give her a good choke to wear the cowgirl down. Try as she might, Annie still was able to mount a good defense, punching at Ori's face. The first rocked her, but she attempted to hold on, shaking her head, unwilling to give ground. In the next series of punches, one hit her jaw, making Ori back off. The Platinum Knockout rolled away, holding her jaw. "Good shot, bitch." She groaned.
