Akiko was used to ugly landings, and yet, this one appeared to be harsher than normal. She was even forced to close her eyes out of the shock before she heard the ringing of the bell, signalling that the match was over. The petite brunette opened her eyes to see Kanji totally KO. She was the one who won. Even if it was what she fought hard to achieve, she wasn't able to register it until the cheering of the public managed to awaken her.

Feeling pretty sore after that helluva battle, Akiko stood up, looking around to the audience that seemed pretty pumped about the result. She was still feeling out of it, she wanted to feel happy about it, but it just wouldn't come to her. Instead, she turned her head to look at the blonde fighter that she just defeated and was being attended by the medical personnel, not sure about why she felt bad about beating him like that. She had done it before, but a part of her felt like he didn't deserve it...

"... Should have given up when I told you... idiot..." She mumbled as she made her way to the backstage, looking forward to celebrate her victory.
