Belinda Northman Vs. Tina Armstrong - Apex Qualifier

[Devastated]

Belinda's lungs felt as dry as a desert right now, those knees having dug into her well trained abs had certainly done a number on her. From the looks of it Tina wasn't about to let her rest either as the fellow blonde got up to her feet and then leapt where she stood. Flipping in the air and crashing down right on top of Belinda's already hurting abs! Driving even more air out of her already depleted lungs!

"Guhhh!" Belinda let out a dry heave as Tina's frame crashed into her. She shook her head and tried to turn over onto her side, but Tina was quick to press her frame down firmly against her own and then hooked the leg of the Swedish-American.

The referee begun their count and slapped their hand down for a second time. "Two!..."

That hand went up into the air for a third time, but Belinda's body would buck, shifting and kicking out with her leg as she raised her shoulder off of the canvas! Breaking the pin at a 2.5 count...she'd try and turn over onto her side next and cough, trying to desperately get air back into her lungs.

Tina felt Belinda kick out and she rolled off, slapping the mat and cursing under her breath. She thought she had it wrapped up.... Tina stood up and pulled Belinda up by the hair, sending a hard uppercut into her abdomen to hammer her and double the other wrestler over. Tina would then shove Belinda's head between her legs, hooking her arms.

It was clear that Tina was looking to put an end to this with her tiger bomb finisher, with the smile on Tina's face showing how eager she was to smash Belinda and show that she was still a top wrestler not just a stepping stone for all the other middleweights!

[Devastated]

Belinda grunted out....she had managed to break free from Tina's pin and now she was trying to recover and get air back into her lungs. She coughed and rasped out as she laid on her back, rolling over onto her side. She felt Tina's fingers dig into her hair and then how she was being pulled up towards her feet by the fellow blonde. Gritting her teeth she tried to brace for what was coming next....

That uppercut of Tina's smashed into her gut and forced the blonde go gasp out. She tried to take the hit as well as she could but she was still forced to slump and double over. Where Tina then chose to force her head in between those thighs of the tigress. Her hands moved forward and grabbed at Tina's thighs. Though she felt how Tina tried to grab at her arms and hook them up, Belinda refused! Her grip would tighten as she tried to wrap her arms around Tina's thighs!

The Swedish-American would try and pull out all the strength she had left in her breathless body! Trying to heave Tina up and lift her before trying to swing her forwards and throw her down with an Alabama Slam! Trying to claw her way back into this match!

Tina was on the verge of putting Belinda away that would show that Tina was still on top....

Until Belinda countered the tigerbomb into a painful, shocking Alabama slam! Tina howled in pain kicking the mat as she was laid out by the thunderous impact!

[Devastated]

Grabbing at Tina's thighs and not letting go! The blonde would lift Tina Armstrong up and then swing her down harshly onto her back! Hammering her into the canvas with a mighty Alabama Slam! She huffed out and straightened up to her feet as she stood above the downed Tigress.

She had Tina down and she knew that she had to keep her there! Trying to grab a handful of Tina's hair and pull her up to a seated position. The Shooting star then turn and sprint at full speed towards the ropes. Hoping to bounce off of them with added momentum as she would try and come in for a running enzuigiri!

Tina was recovering, trying to move from the seated position she was in but she was too slow. Belinda crashed into Tina with the enziguri sending her to the mat in a heap leaving Tina cradling her head in her arms while her legs weakly kicked the mat in agony! The tigress was down and reeling, having gone from one move away from victory to having it all slip away from her.

[Devastated]

Rushing right in at Tina, Belinda threw her leg out and smashed it into Tina's head! Taking her down onto the canvas and hopefully cleaned her clock a bit. The blonde rolled up onto her knees and pushed up as she sought to get up and standing. Taking a brief few seconds to gather her breath...her right hand grabbed at her midsection which Tina had really lain into earlier.

Wincing a bit as she moved after the downed Tina, Belinda would try and grab a hold of her head and guide her up towards her feet, facing away from the blonde. Belinda would then try and slink her arms up under Tina's armpits and aimed to lock in a Full-nelson hold! Trying to clasp her hands against the back of Tina's head as she pressed her chest against Tina's back.

The blonde would then try and take a deep breath and swing backwards! Trying to toss Tina backwards and drive her down into the canvas with a Dragon Suplex! Aiming to bridge after the move in a pin attempt.

Tina couldn't believe what was happening and felt Belinda move behind her in her daze wrapping her arms up from behind! "AAAAHHHHH NOOOO!" Tina howled feeling the full nelson locked in. She had ended matches with the tiger suplex and dragon suplex so Tina knew nothing good would come of this hold. She shouted and howled, trying to power out but she was lift up and sent crashing painfully to the mat! Tina howled and went limp as the official slid in to place to count.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Right at two Tina thrust hard to the side breaking the pin and rolling onto her side then her front. Tina moaned and tired to push herself back up to her feet knowing that she couldn't let this slip away from her.

[Devastated]

The Dragon Suplex nailed Tina down hard into the canvas and from the looks of it the Tigress body went almost completely limp. A lot of people in the crowd thought that this might be it, as the referee started the pin count! Awaiting the result with bathed breath....

Until Tina thrust her body to the side and broke free from Belinda's grip, breaking the pin! Belinda dropped onto her back, clicking her tongue a bit. She'd scrambled up towards her feet and turn to face the rising Tina Armstrong.

"Tch...you're really tough...not that I didn't expect it but...damn." Belinda let out as she would gesture for Tina to finish getting up to her feet, having enough sportsmanship to let the fellow blonde rise fully before she'd raise her arms. Then Belinda would step in and try and throw a quick left jab to Tina's right cheek, only to follow it up with a right hook body blow aimed right for the Tigress ribs.

Tina shook her head, rising up to her feet. She saw that Belinda was ready wasting no time in moving in at her. Tina moved in for a grapple but took the left shot to the face and then staggered back after taking a hard body shot staggering a bit. Tina tried to move back in and send a toe kick to the abdomen of Belinda to retaliate in some manner knowing that she was slipping away in the match. Tina could not allow that to happen.
