Re: Attack on Avatar - Mikasa vs Korra

Korra hit the wall behind her and she was wide open for the moment which Mikasa used to full extent. The moment Korra looked up, Mikasa was already right up in her face, jabs peppering Korra's abs. "Ugh agh!" Korra let out and grit her teeth. Before she could put her arms up for some sort of defense, a mighty blow struck Korra in the chest. "Ohhwhaghh!"
The punch sent Korra straight through the wall and into the shower room, making a door sized hole in the wall.
Korra skid back first on the floor for a meter or two before she stopped.

Like a thrown spear breaking through full body armor, Mikasa banged her fists against the tanned woman's abs for preparation purposes. Despite Korra's stance, she managed to slip around the guard stance and landed her most powerful attack so far, easily surpassing the limits of this human body. Out of the ring or room, this fight would only conclude with just one woman standing.

Mikasa wouldn't have committed collateral damage scotfree as the very moment her target made impact, dislodged bricks and other debris started to scatter around her. Swaying a bit to the side to avoid harm, she ended up catching one brick and glimpsed at the hole, seeing the Avatar still in proximity. Wanting to oversee the results fully, she first decided to chuck the clay block in between the gap towards Korra before preparing to slip through herself.

Korra felt like a van sized boulder smashed into her. The oddly specific comparison aside, Korra raised her head and rose onto her elbows before...
"Why you littlghuah!" Korra straightened back down to the ground as a brick hit her in the face, leaving a grimace on her face and her eyes closed. Korra was getting frustrated, but at the moment, she could only lay on the floor and groan.

In hindsight, all this collateral damage to the walls and floors could easily be fixed with a good Earthbender, but Korra won't be around to clean for hours or days if she doesn't get her act togehter soon. Despite training her body and skill with the blade, Mikasa was surprisingly adept enough with thrown projectiles.

Now that they were in the same room again, Mikasa stomped towards her fallen foe so that she would be near a shower head. "Give up or I'll send you to the next room" These words weren't an exaggeration either. If Korra moved a single muscle, the soldier would throw a downwards swing, ready to break those abs and tiles below.

"hhnnghh..." Korra groaned on the floor after the brick hit her. This certainly taught Korra some humility, but it ignited her desire to break Mikasa.
When the latter stood above the avatar, Korra opened her eyes and an angry look that she gave came out naturally. When Korra got onto her elbows, Mikasa swung down towards her body. At this point, Korra no longer needed to be convinced that Mikasa was stronger than her for some reason and she needed to change the way she thought. So at this moment, dodging took priority. Korra pushed with her left elbow against the ground in order to roll herself to the right side where she stopped on one knee and sttod up, watching as Mikasa created a mini crater in the ground. Korra didn't have time to think when she dodged and now she realised her problem - she found herself in a shower, an enclosed space. She also noticed a few drops of blood trickling down from her forehead. Also, all the bruises on her body came to Korra's attention.
This titan slayer girl really packed a wallop.

Korra avoided sudden movements, she felt and acted like a cornered pray. However, Korra was too stubborn to give up and was already preparing her next move by holding a showerhead behind her back and turning the heat handle thingy In one direction to the end with th e same hand. "How many times are you gonna tell me to give up?!" Korra let out in frustration. Korra needed to wait for the right moment, for Mikasa to attack. Surprise attack could only work once, after all.

Having made a large impression on Korra's psyche and body, Mikasa was about to finish the job of breaking her opponent's will. She threw a fist down only to miss by a hair thanks to the Avatar's rolling trick. Even with her newfound buff, she still couldn't obstruct the fellow fighter in the long term. However tricks like these could only delay for so long, especially in such an enclosed space. The probability of this next hit connecting to Korra's face and finally KOing were very high.

Adjusting back to her usual posture, she didn't pay mind to the fist-shape crevice or scattered dust and instead the bender's bleeding face. Not paying attention to the sound of running water or Korra's hands being unusually behind, Mikasa marched towards her foe with an arm reared back. Unaware of the other fighter planning ahead, she prepared to throw another power induced swing against Korra's face.

It felt a bit scary as Mikasa approached her, but when the fist came flying at Korra, she weaved under and to the right of the punch. Korra knew she had pretty much no way of dodging a follow up attack, which was probably what Mikasa was counting on. However, Korra would strike before that happens.
While finishing her dodging motion, Korra would point the showerhead in her right hand at Mikasa's face and unleash the water. Korra was still unaware whether the water was max hot or max cold.
Without waiting another moment, Korra would rear back her left arm before slugging it into Mikasa's abs in hopes to hunch the hunter forwards a bit to make her follow up easier.

The follow up in question would be Korra coming behind Mikasa and wrapping her legs around Mikasa's waist, basically riding her. At the same time, Korra would try and wrap the showerhead around Mikasa's neck a couple of times and start choking her. "Stay still!" As a cherry on top, would spray Mikasa's face with the water while strangling her.

As time passed on, Mikasa felt more like the giants she was trained to hunt, even hearing the ground shake a little from her powerful steps. Eyes only on Korra, she cast one of her killer swings only to miss narrowly. With the little room to move, a second attack should have been easy to land that is if the bender didn't plan a unique route of attack, even if it involved embracing her routes.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Mikasa screamed as scalding hot water was blasted onto her face specifically pupils. While she was tougher than before, the surprise attack left her reeling and blinded, buying Korra even more time to perform yet another followup. Enveloping the area in a light plume of steam.

Dealing with the Avatar's weight was yet another minor inconvenience, but the metal hose wrapped around her defenceless throat forced Mikasa to gag constantly, breaking from her cold rage mode from earlier. Attacked from multiple angles, the soldier growled as she was forced to bath in more jets of boiling water, blinding her in a plume of steam. She desperately tried to shake off her unwanted passenger, but this recent momentum left Mikasa restricted.

The battle became quite steamy, literally. The hot water coming into contact with skin was partly transfering the heat onto mikasa as well as immediately turning to steam, making the tight space the two athletic women were in foggier with each passing moment. "Uuurrrgghh..!" Korra groaned as she was struggling to hang onto Mikasa, mainly with her legs as the latter was moving around and trying to shake the avatar off.
Another side effect of the erratic shaking was that the showerhead was never aimed at the same spot. Sometimes it would be aimed at mikasa's head, sometimes at her body, sometimes entirely off-course and sometimes - at korra herself. Yelps and groans would leave Korra's mouth not only by occasional touch of hot water, but also from constant bumping against all the walls around them.
Korra's only saving grace was that Mikasa wasn't focused in her thrashing, so the ever stubborn avatar kept the hold in and even tried to squeeze mikasa's waist with her legs, but she felt powerful resistance from the latter's muscles.

Even if she freed herself, it wouldn't be easy to navigate quickly through this plume of steam, thus leading to multiple bumps from mere steps. Mikasa's senses were overwhelmed by the many unusual angles of attack be it the choking sensation, hot water or theunwilling passenger. The showerhead not having a fixed position meant that Mikasa's cheek wouldn't peel from the constant scalding, but her burns meant overtime she couldn't resist Korra's pursuit forever especially with those crushing legs.

"Urghhhh..move!" An elbow was thrown backwards to batter the Avatar's abs and possibly weaken her hold. However she needed to think bigger to truly free her body. Having went so far with collateral, what difference would another wall make? Winding up her legs, Mikasa focused on advancing backwards to uncoil the showerhead and possibly crush the bender against the wall tiles
