"JJ" Janella Johnson vs Karen Gale - Standard Match

JJ felt the kickout at two and nodded. She expected that. This lady was a tough woman and she was in for a long night. JJ just had to keep the momentum going. JJ looked to pull Karen up by the arm and whip her into the corner. JJ would run after her at full speed and go low looking to use her shoulder as a battering ram against that softened up mid-section! JJ was not going to slow down or go easy, she knew she had to focus and press onward.

"Uuugh..." Karen groaned as she managed to force JJ off of her. She was hurting, especially after JJ had used her midsection as a battering ram. Huffing for breath, she felt JJ yanking her on the arm and hoisting her to her feet; she was still too hurt to resist as JJ swung her around towards the corner post; spinning around, Karen slammed back-first into the corner and arched, crying out as the impact jarred her spine.

Gritting her teeth, she saw JJ running at her for a follow up, seconds before the other girl lowered her shoulder. 'OOOOOOF!" Karen gagged, doubling over as JJ cannoned into her already-sore midsection, breathing hard against JJ"s bare back as her legs threatened to give out underneath her.

JJ connected and smiled, keeping hold of the middle ropes before thrusting her shoulder forward a few more times as hard as she could! JJ would then grab Karen and lift putting her up in a seated position on the top rope. JJ climbed up and sent a couple hard punches to the side of Karen's head before trying to set her feet on the top rope. JJ was going to attempt a superplex if she could, and she felt pulling this off would truly set her up well int he match but if this backfired she was going to be in rough shape...

JJ's shoulder rammed into Karen's midsection again and again, each blow causing the Maori woman to gasp hard. Before long she was slumped over, panting for breath against JJ's back, out of breath and pinned in place against the corner post by her opponent. And the worst part, she knew, was that JJ probably had something even worse in mind for her next.

Her suspicion was confirmed as JJ hoisted her up, lifting her into a seated position on top of the turnbuckle. Swaying unsteadily, she grunted as JJ slammed two punches into the side of her head, and would have fallen over had JJ not grabbed onto her to steady her. The crowd was on the edge of their seat now as JJ climbed the top rope opposite Karen, looking like she was going for a superplex...

With a barely suppressed growl of frustration, Karen would tilt her head back and slam it against JJ's forehead, looking to take the other girl by surprise and knock her off the turnbuckle! If Karen managed that, then she would be left somewhat dizzy from the repeated blows to the head, but she'd still try to grab the edges of the rope and brace herself against it; if JJ tried to pick herself back up, Karen would try to leap off the ropes at her, hoping to nail her with her signature elevated drop kick, the Spear Fisher, right into the other girl's chest.

JJ was climbing the ropes and getting ready to hopefully put this woman away or at least leave her flat on the mat but as she climbed the headbutt smashed her nose and left her falling to the mat! She managed to stay standing, but she was swaying on limp legs wobbling as she was clearly dazed. She was wide open and smashed by Karen's Spear Fisher which absolutely devastated her sending JJ flying as she shouted in pain, landing hard on the mat! She was flat on her back meekly kicking the canvas a couple times and otherwise laying motionless as she was now reeling and down!

The crowd collectively winced as Karen brought JJ crashing to the mat. Standing up to her full height, Karen took a few deep breaths of air, her midsection still hurting from the punishment that JJ had inflicted on her. With a loud, defiant yell, she strode after the downed JJ, ready to deliver some punishment upon her again.

Yanking at the other woman's hair, Karen would move to hoist JJ to her feet, before driving a knee up into the American's midsection. Once that was done, she would tuck JJ's head under her armpit, before grabbing the back of her thigh, dropping back to nail her powerful foe with a German suplex, aiming to give JJ a painful reminder that she wasn't the only powerhouse in the ring tonight!

JJ was already struggling when Karen pulled her up to her feet and grabbed he from behind. JJ shook her head reaching down to grab at Karen's hands but it was already too late. Her feet here up and JJ was flying through the air before crashing loudly to the canvas! JJ groaned and flopped about before crumpling in a motionless heap on the mat laying on her side cradling her head in her arms as she moaned in pain. Things had turned around entirely and now Karen was the one on the rampage!

The crowd wince as JJ smacked had into the mat, the powerful woman being left in a groaning heap on her side. Kneeling back upright, Karen crawled over towards JJ, a determined look in her eyes, and shoved JJ onto her back, pressing her body down against her opponent's as she hooked one of her powerful thighs for a pinfall. In an instant, the ref was down next to them, starting the countdown.

"ONE...!"

"TWO!"

JJ groaned and bucked, kicking out at two and a half by thrusting hard to her side with everything she had! Her chest was heaving and she was in pain, still laying there after kicking out. The most she could do was roll away trying to create some space so she could attempt to rise to her feet if possible. She was in a bad way still, and knew that Karen was likely to keep pouncing.

The count reached two that time; that told Karen, at least that she was starting to wear JJ down a little. Kneeling upright, Karen followed after JJ as the American rolled, shoving her over onto her front before sitting on her back, grabbing for her tassled boots and trying to tuck them under her armpits, leaning in to try to lock in a boston crab.

"Come on...lets see you escape this one," she huffed, sweat dripping down her brow as she leaned back, hoping to give JJ's legs and back a nice working over in this hold.
