Given that my last two were taken here I come with another two references for questioning:
First comes Secelia Dote from Gundam:
And then comes a more convoluted one: the genderbent version of Nijisanji's Luca Kaneshiro:

Both of these are free. Also, Lisa is taken by someone, but they have not been active. So actually you probably could take her. You could ask admin to make sure.
