Just from what I’ve seen, the user needs to be contacted to see if they’re alright with the character being doubled. Then again, that picture is the main faceclaim for the character taken.

With how long Luncha's been out, you'd probably be safe using the image, but it wouldn't hurt to try. You might want to try seeing if you can contact him through Discord, as he seems a little more active there.
