Hello. Long weekend in here (regional holiday) so I can spend some time finishing a couple more characters so my roster would be full for the moment. I wanted to ask wether these characters are free for the taking. I checked KillerV's catalogue and I couldn't find them there so I ask for a double confirmation.

First of all is easy, Black Canary from the DC universe:

Second is trickier since he would take two different characters. First one was Griffon Mask from the Fatal Fury series:
