L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

As Ruby entered the ring, in the corner of her eye, she saw Jessica approach her. She didn't have a lot of time to react as the punch landed square on Ruby's left cheek. It hurt, and was enough to send her back a few steps, but, in reality, all it did was piss her off. She went into the corner and ran straight at Jessica in a spear attempt, her finishing move, the "Bison Stampede"

Jessica's punch hit home, and the Violent Violet was very glad of that fact. After taking a second to understand what was really going on, she tried to steel herself. Unfortunately, she was not prepared to face the freight train that was Ruby love. When the heavyweight hit her, she went flying backwards and skidded to a halt a few feet from where she was, and lay still.

Ruby Love understood an oppurtunity when she saw it, Ruby, still quite exausted, crawled over to where Jessica had fallen and went for the pin. The referee counted,
"One...
Two.."

Jessica lay there, dead to the world. Her chest rose and fell only with considerable effort, but she was breathing. That was the only real sign that Jessica was still even alive.

THREE!

The ref girl counted.

Ruby's grin could've blinded someone when the ref hit the mat a third time. She got up and the ref raised her hand in victory. Ruby looked down at her fallen opponent, "I have all the respect in the world for you, Jessica. An opponent like you was worth waiting 65 days for. I wish you well in every thing you do going forward... She meant every word.

Jessica looked up at her opponent with purple hair concealing one half of her face. "With all due sincerity, fuck off." Jessica huffed. She got up and walked out of the ring. Every time she had gone against someone bigger than her, she had lost. And this time, to a rookie. The Violent Violet swore revenge.

Ruby shrugged, You try to be the nice girl" Still, she won, Jessica lost, and whether or not Jessica likes it, she'll just have to accept it.
