With no other way out that Karbon could see, he felt like he had no choice but to do as he was asked by her in order not to lose this match. Also, the crowd shouldn't be able to hear him plead to her anyways and hopefully, it will just look like she got bored of the hold and released it herself, "O-okay! Please let me... Go! I'm sorry!" Karbon would say to her as he hoped that would be enough for her to relinquish the hold around his whole body.
