Hana ventured a smile, as Kieda offered her some reassurance. She blushed a little as Kieda brushed off her shoulder, appreciating the gesture. The redheaded rookie might have felt beaten and humiliated in the moment, but she listened closely to what Kieda was saying and appreciating every moment of it. Even when Kieda snapped back into her pompous ‘persona,’ and went back into the spotlight.
With a smile, Hana pushed herself upright. Sheepishly, she smiled to the fans and waved a hand to them all, as if to say than. She then bowed her head in respect to all four corners of the ring, with her hands at her sides. She pushed through the pain, her muscular body flexed as she prostrated herself in appreciation. Then, Hana turned followed along beside Kieda as she left the ring. Hana couldn’t bring herself to talk, only following along in respectful silence, but if every loss she had was like this, then the rough road to learning wouldn’t be so hard …
