Alaina vs Katherine Hart II: Beach Submission Match and fitness challenge

The elbow strikes were hurting and Alaina felt her leg spasm as they managed to hit just right. however, the amazon wanted to keep this hold locked in. She let out a scream as she kept one arm on Kats leg, arching her back and reaching with her other arm to try to hook Kat around the chin, pulling back to add to the pain! She knew if the elbow strikes kept up or if Kat knew another way out the hold wouldn't last but Alaina was trying to show that she wasn't a slouch in the submission department!

Kat's elbows hit their mark! She could feel that she was getting some good licks in, but the bikini-clad amazon chose to double down and commit to the hold, enduring blow after blow for the sake of locking in the submission! It was an admirable effort. Eventually, Kat was caught. She placed a hand on the arm of Alaina's that was hooked under her chin to try and mitigate the pressure.

"This...won't...hold me!" Hart struggled to say as she clenched her teeth and tried to bear the pain. After being stuck for several seconds, Katherine would try and push off off the ground with both hands. She'd try and stand on her free leg and power out of the hold by standing! Just like Alaina was no slouch when it came to submissions, Katherine wasn't lackluster at all when it came to power! And she aimed to prove that by rising up here to undo much of Sanders' hold on her!

Alaina was in utter shock as Kat was rising, managing to stand on one leg, holding the two of them up despite Alaina cranking back on her hold with all she had! The amazon knew a bad situation when she saw one, opting out of the hold and trying to disengage while still standing herself. This didn't mean she was going to let Kat off the hook easily though. Alaina tried to spin around and thrust her leg out, hoping to smash Kat in the abdomen with a spinning kick to double her over!

If that worked Alaina would back up and try to further add to Kats pain by landing a bicycle kick, bringing her heel smashing down on the back of Kat's head!

Katherine let out a primal roar as she pushed herself up with Alaina's bodyweight on top of her. The brawny, buxom luchadora moved with defiance in her tone and demeanor as she set out to prove that she wouldn't be bested twice in a row in back to back matches. But her fellow veteran knew to derail her momentum at every conceivable moment. Rather than get lost in surprise at Kat's strength, Alaina stuck to the blonde like glue and drilled her in the abs as she rose up!

The Super Kitty groaned and doubled over. Her abs flexed visibly just before she was struck. It was the most Kat could manage to do in response. But regardless, the pain wasn't something she could just shrug off. After being stunned briefly, the purple-clad vixen would be forced to kiss the slicked up mats beneath them as Alaina stepped back to measure her for a swift Bicycle Kick! Her heel hit it's marked and took Katherine down. Hart would end up faced down and barely moving. And fans at the beach and watching worldwide would rally behind the Amazon as she maintained control convincingly!

Alaina saw Kat go down, and realized Kat needed to be softened up before going for anything big. However,r the head strike may have jarred Kat.... realizing this Alaina quickly rolled Kat over and covered her for a pin! "Count it!" Alaina called out as the amazon was laying across Kat, hooking a leg!

"ONE!"

The count began and Alaina nodded her head with the count, hoping that she may have surprised Kat enough for her to stay down.... but somehow she doubted that would daze Kat enough to keep her down. Alaina knew better but still wanted to see Kat expend more energy, leaving her open for more ways for the amazon to soften her up...

"TWO!" The official on the outside of the pool/makeshift ring yelled to advance the count. It was always around the two count in most matches that expectation spiked up sharply. And at a time like this, it was more than warranted. Alaina had landed a nasty blow that could have put most women down for the count where Kat stood, likely even ensuing in a knockout! But where many other women on the LAW roster might have crumpled and succumbed, Katherine Hart kicked out just a hair after two!

She threw her shoulder up off the slick, dampened surface and turned her upper body. Katherine would hold the back of her head and mask with one hand and grimaced. The luchadora had managed to hang in there but she still seemed to be in trouble. With Alaina having wrestled command of the match away from Kat, the Amazon would continue dictating the pace of things, which wad never good news for her opponents! Fans and viewers began to voice their support for The Super Kitty finding her way back into things by tagging her and LAW on social media. The match continued to draw more and more attention as the close calls kept on coming!

The amazon felt like she was starting to chip away at Kat finally. Alaina had an idea in mind, one she wanted to pull off. An idea that if it worked would surely leave Kat in a bad way! Alaina moved in again, this time trying to go low and get her way behind Kat to grab her around the waist! Alaina had to move fast otherwise Kat was going to throw some sort of monkey wrench in her plans....

Alaina wanted to lift Kat and slam her with a German suplex as hard as she could before arching her way back over Kat as it she were going to do it again. Alaina however had other plans, just using that rolling arching motion to get in place more easily while Kat was hopefully stunned. The amazon wanted to grab hold of Kat and transition from German suplex immediately into a dragon sleeper to really put the hurt on Kat while choking the life out of her!

Alaina's momentum was something to be feared! The Amazon was known to string together moves that could end most women in the ring with her in short order, Kat included! When her expression conveyed that she had a plan, the commentators were sure to point it out! She pulled the luchadora up to her feet and threw her backward and overhead to hit her with another slam, this time a German Suplex! Katherine groaned when her neck and back hit the pool floor, but Sanders wasn't done there! She rolled backward and reassumed her position behind Kat to set her up for a Dragon Sleeper!

When her arm began to hook over and around the throat of a near lifeless Kat, many began to wonder if it was the end! But Katherine seemingly came to life, even if it was only for a brief second! She raised her arm and grabbed Alaina's wrist before the hold was locked in! Kat contested the move and prevented her Amazon foe's biceps from coiling around her neck and choking her out! Her eyes opened widely, sensing the urgency of her situation! Without warning, Kat would jump up! Her legs would leave the shallow oil pool's surface as she brought her right leg up and bent backward to try and stop Alaina in her tracks with a sudden Pele' Kick to the head! If the move hit, Kat would end up on her front, completing the backflip kick! She'd need a second to collect herself and she'd push herself up slowly to survey the damage, all in the hopes that it kept Sanders down!

Alaina was in total shock as Kat sprang to life and a wide open target. No matter how many times Alaina fought Kat and emerged victorious she was a tough fight. Wins, losses... all the matches included Kat doing things that amazed Alaina. They also usually took a toll on her to boot, just as this did! Alaina looked just in time to see Kat's foot launching right at her face smashing her in the eye! Alaina's head whipped back and she crumpled to the oily floor in a dazed heap! Her eye was a little swelled and already looking very black. She would have that one for a long while. Alaina tried to sit up and slid about as she attempted to stand but ended up falling back down onto her side in a daze after taking the shot directly to the face!

"I know you got a lot more in you, Alaina-girl. But I've got your number!" Kat said as she pushed herself up to all fours just in time to sit up and try to rise, only to slip up and fall to the floor in a disoriented, black-eyed, oiled up heap! Kat would take her time getting up. After suffering a harsh kick a flurry of slams, the luchadora certainly wasn't operating at 100 percent! Her own hands wobbled a bit as she began to push herself up. But after seeing Alaina slip and fall, Kat was extra mindful of her own footing in this slippery pool.

As she rose up, she recalled the kick she let out just before this moment. The replays on the production crew's monitors confirms that it hit about as cleanly and powerfully as Katherine could hope for, whipping Alaina's head back and throwing her for a loop. Kat was keen on the idea of doing no lasting damage to Sanders. But at the end of the day, both elite veteran wrestlers knew that the occasional bruise or black eye was just a part of the job. Kat would trudge over to Alaina and bend over to grab her with gusto. She boasted about having the Amazon's number and she meant it! The blonde would try to drive home that point by going for a bit move while Alaina was still disoriented! She'd pull Alaina's head between her thick thighs and begin lifting her quickly but cleanly and convincingly to get her into position for a piledriver! If Kat managed to get Alaina upside down, she'd hook an arm between Alaina's legs and jump into the air to hit her signature potent Jumping Gotch-style Piledriver right in the middle of the oil pool!

"This might do it!" She'd roar before jumping up on anticipation of the damage and advantage she'd secure if she hit this move that's already earned her a victory in a LAW ring before!
