L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Raya kept clutching her side in pain before realizing that her opponent was aiming a boot right at her face, but it was too late to dodge! She took the blow right on her face and got knocked over onto her back, clutching her face while whimpering in pain, her resistance now totally out of commission! She laid there, breathing heavily and struggling to recover.

The crowd collectively winced as Karen's boot slammed hard into Raya's face, flooring the Canadian woman and sending her flopping to the mat in a barely moving heap! Grinning viciously, Karen strode after the downed Raya and grabbed two handfuls of the other girl's pink hair, yanking her up to her feet. Once Raya was standing, Karen would wrap an arm around her opponent's head, tucking it under her armpit, before using her free hand to grab the back of Raya's bikini bottoms; unless Raya stopped her, Karen would tilt back, aiming to nail her opponent with a DDT!

As Raya lay on the floor, she suddenly felt a sharp pain tug her hair as she was then yanked up, she tried to say something to Karen but wasn't able to as she was then hit with a DDT!

She laid there in a barely moving heap, barely conscious of her surroundings. The match so far had been turning out to be an utter disaster, nothing was going right for her, and as the humiliation of losing crossed her mind, Raya grit her teeth furiously and tried to push herself back up, but already her body was showing signs of giving up on her, she gasped for air, having taken such a move only moments after the kick to the face that she still hadn't fully recovered from, and so her arms now trembled in pain as she struggled to get up, giving Karen even more time to pile the pain on her!

The crowd winced as Karen brought Raya crashing down for a brutal DDT! Kneeling back upright, Karen looked down and inspected her handiwork, and saw that Raya seemed utterly floored now, trembling visibly in pain from that last, brutal impact.

Casually brushing her ponytail back, Karen leaned over to lie across Raya's heaving body, hooking one of her legs for the pinfall! In an instance, the ref was next to them, starting the countdown.

"ONE..."

As she felt her opponent hook her legs for the pin, a part of Raya hesitated, wanting her to give up, but almost instinctively, after hearing the ref start the countdown, she grit her teeth and moved to kick out, just barely managing to do so in time!

Even still, although she hadn't yet lost the match, she was still in a terrible situation. It took her all she had just to get back up and would move to stand at the edge of the ring, leaning on the ropes to keep herself up, utterly exhausted and hoping that her opponent wouldn't notice just what kind of state she was in.

"Is that...all you got? I still haven't seen anything impressive from you tonight!" Raya said in a last ditch attempt to goad Karen into charging in recklessly towards her, and leave herself open for a counter, although Raya herself knew the odds of that were low, but still she had almost nothing left in the tank and had to gamble her match on these odds, hoping that Karen wouldn't see through her facade.
