What Sylar was doing was incredibly risky. The time it took to set up this maneuver left a window of opportunity for the opponent to interrupt and knock him off the turnbuckle. And even if he executed the suplex off the top rope uninterrupted, he’d still be crashing down onto the canvas right along with her. It was a high-risk, high-reward move, one that he nevertheless felt like he could take.
Sylar felt the impact reverberate through his spine as he and Penny came crashing down on the mat. But as bad as it might have felt for him, Penny no doubt was in more pain as she had been in worse shape beforehand. Ignoring the soreness spreading through his back, he swung his legs up and pushed himself up off the ground. He was airborne for a moment before landed on his feet with a kip up, drawing a pop from the crowd. Sylar then went back down on his opponent, getting on top of her for another pin attempt.
