A night out with old friends interrupted (For SimplyWoo and ScylliasExoter)

Oscar looked over at the absolute UNIT that stood before him and Drake, making him go quiet at his silent suggestion. The young lion couldn't... exactly put a finger on the man, seeing how absolutely intimidating he was but taking note in how polite and to the point he was. Unlike Drake, Oscar showed no fear toward this towering man and listened to him calmly and fairly.

"I um... thank you for the ice cream, sir. I'm sorry if I caused a disturbance"

Oscar went back to his seat with a bit of an embarrassed look on his face, eyes locked down at the table as he waited for Aurora to come back with the ice cream.

Hanayama closed his eyes and gave a nod to Oscar before opening them up to narrow his eyes at Drake once more, as if holding a bigger grudge against him, probably because of his attitude from the beginning compared to Oscar. He adjusted his tie and tilted his neck to give it a crack before turning around and walking over to his table, this time though, he switched his seats, now making his front side be visible as he was originally seated with his back towards the earlier commotion. He then went back to eating his meal as Tina glanced over to see the two scalded Chad's and looked away from them cupping her fingers to her lips to try not to laugh about it as she was grinning from ear to ear.

The two parties sat there awkwardly. Drake had a puzzled look on his face when Aurora brought them mochi ice cream balls. But Drake did not want to risk the wrath of the Yakuza and tried it. ”Oh shit that’s really good!” Drake broke the silence. ”Hey, uh, I’m sorry I mixed up you and your sister, Katrina.”

Oscar quietly nodded his head in thanks at the ice cream, squinting at Tina a bit before glancing over to Drake. Not wanting to risk getting piledrived into the earth's core by the giant man, Oscar held his tounge and waited for Tina to say something- assuming she would at all.

As she heard Drake try to apologize to her she took a deep breath as she looked over at Drake. "That's no big deal, what is a big deal is I'm confused on which one of us you wanted to fuck." She mentioned as she gave him the kind of smirk that would draw out a little more shame. "Though I do appreciate you apologizing about something, that is very big and a first step, so thank you." she mentioned as she gave him a small smile as she then gave Oscar a pat on the back as she whispered to him. "I think I'm going to go settle my tab at the register. We'll have to hang out again sometime." She mentioned as she didn't want to deal with the awkward situation anymore as she stood up and headed her way to the register to list what she had and pay for it without waiting for the tab and also give a generous tip to Aurora in the process.

Oh it’s definitely you I wanted to fuck,” said Drake. He saw the dirty stare from the Yakuza guy and quickly went back to his ice cream. Drake finished it and sat there nervously with Oscar. He kept one eye on the Barbarian Prince and another on the Yakuza-looking fellow. Drake was poorly hiding that he was super nervous. His knee furiously bounced up and down. Finally he seemed to have psyched himself. ”Yo, bro, I didn’t mean it. The wasabi just fired me up and all. Please don’t sick your Yakuza guy on me. I’ll tell you whatever you want to know. Please… please bruh.”

MEANWHILE

Aurora was settling up Tina’s tab. ”I’m so sorry about your evening. Say, I’m about to get off. You all want to go out and wipe the taste of este cabrón from your mouths somewhere else?”

Oscar seemed to relax a bit as Tina and Drake talked to each other, looking over to his mentor/best friend as he whispered back to her.

"Of course. I'm really sorry if I made things weird back there. Have a good night, Tina"

With a gentle nod of his head, Oscar would watch Tina leave before staring back at Drake with a tired sigh.

"Dude- I don't even know who the other guy is. But thanks for the ice cream by the way, tall guy"

Oscar looked over to the unit and smiled at him, taking a bite of it before looking back at Drake.

"Is that so? Well... maybe you can satisfy something that's been confusing me, Drake. Do you remember what you did to me after our match? Throw me out of the ring, powerbomb me through the announcer's table, and what was it... oh yeah- attack me while I was unconscious and tied to a stretcher"

Oscar's gaze on Drake intensified tenfold, the Barbarian Prince gripping the spoon for his ice cream tighter as he leaned his face forward towards Drake in an attempt to unnerve him.

"What I would like to know is WHY do any of that. All of those things you did seemed pretty personal- and we had never met before we got into that ring. Was it just you trying to get some clout as a heel? Did you want to try and make some kind of point? Please- enlighten me"

Whether real or imagined, the Yakuza gentleman had spooked the Colossus. Drake was thoroughly convinced by his and Oscar’s mutual nod that Oscar could unleash the Yakuza man on him. So he looked around nervously and began speaking.

”Listen, bro. Sure big guys like us are meant to clash in this business. However it’s nothing personal on my end. But yeah it is personal for you… Someone paid me to beat you up. No name, blocked number. I don’t even know what they look or sound like. I attacked you on the stretcher because the powerbomb through the table wasn’t enough for them. Bruh texted me when I got backstage saying to go back out there and wreck you more. Someone’s got a grudge against you and they’re paying me big bucks to beat up you and your friends. So again, it’s just a job. And I will do the job… Not lose to you job… I mean do the job to beat you. That job. Cuz I’m a hired gun like that. But that’s why. Swear bruh.”

Oscar listened intensely and closely to Drake as he spoke. When it was revealed why the Colossus did what he did, Oscar's expression turned from dead serious to utterly shocked. His eyes widened and his spoon fell from his hand onto the table as Oscar's jaw hung open. The Barbarian Prince blinked his eyes a few times before he could finally manage some words out.

"...What!? But- but I didn't do anything to anyone! Why my friends? I- I don't..."

Oscar paused to take a very shaky deep breath, feeling his heart beating faster and faster from the fear he was feeling. Not for his own safety, but for the people he cares about.

"You... I don't care whoever the person who hired you might be. You stay the HELL away from my friends! If your boss has an issue with me, then it should be with me alone with nobody else involved. Pass that on to your coward of an employer"

With that, Oscar stood up and would speed walk for the exit- being sure to pay his tab up first before heading off. He had some explaining to do to Tina and the gang...

Aurora exchanged numbers with Tina. When she came back, she saw Oscar was gone and had left his payment on the table. Drake was sitting there waiting for his bill. Aurora rung him up, staring daggers at him the whole time. Drake did everything in his power to avoid eye contact with the Yakuza-looking fellow, paid his bill and left awkwardly. Aurora smiled when she saw he tipped generously.
