L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Akari's eyes widened as she snapped out of her daze, lifting a shoulder up just in time as she shoved Gura off of her. Letting out a deep pant, Akari rolls to the outside of the ring, tumbling to the ground as she tried to put some space between herself and Gura, holding onto the barricade for support as she began to stand back up, some of the audience behind her cheering her on...giving her strength as she pushed herself to continue...but first she needed time to recover.

After that surprising kickout of Akari, Gura holds her head in shock with both hands, she couldn't believe about it. She had the eyes a bit wide of the surprise. She was going to grab her but she couldn't do it quickly because her opponent rolled outside faster.

Gura then gets up on both feet and stands on the middle of the ring while looking at Akari trying to get up with the barricade, then she runs to the ropes and goes through the space between he second and third rope, attempting a suicide dive against the turtle. If the move goes as she planned, she would push Akari against the barricade.

The count-out for Akari had begun, only to be immediately reset as Gura leaped to the outside after her via a Suicide Dive. Akari saw her coming and barely managed to dodge out of the way, causing Gura to slam into the barricade. However, Akari wasn't faring much better as she dived to the ground, still recovering as she laid a few inches away from Gura.

"1...!!!"

"2...!!!"

"3...!!!"

"4...!!!"

Akari got to her feet, hearing the referee counting both her and Gura out. She lifted Gura up and tried dragging her up to her feet. If she was successful, she'd attempt to punch Gura in the face a few times before attempting to toss her back into the ring, following after her in order to escape the count-out.

Gura launched herself off the ring for the suicide dive after the momentum obtained, but at the last moment she hit herself against the barricade after Akari avoided it, and Gura ended hurting herself her head and left shoulder.

After the count started, Gura was laying on the floor for a bit until she got grabbed and lifted by the turtle, who gave her some punches at the head that made Gura stumble for a bit, then she got tossed back to the ring, with Akari going after her.

Akari lets out a deep groan, panting and sweating like crazy after she slid back into the ring. She tried to act quick, dragging Gura over to the ropes and attempting to set her up for a move as she sat her against the bottom rope. She backed up and got a running start, attempting to hit the 'Shark' with a Running Rope-Hung Butt Drop, jumping up and intending to drop her hips onto Gura's chest.

After being tossed back into the ring, Gura gets pulled by Akari and stays sitting on the bottom rope with no previous struggle or any strike attempt that impeded those actions of the turtle, who was ready to go at the ropes.

Once the move got executed, Gura gets hit by that butt drop on the chest by the turtle's hips, making Gura grunt in pain while holding her chest, as her body remained in the sitting position over the bottom rope. She really looked like almost done with that move.

Akari let out a pant, rolling off of her opponent's face and getting to her feet after crawling away. She stumbles and grabs the ropes, standing back up as she pulled herself to her feet. She gasps for air and musters up some more stamina in order to prep for a finishing move on Gura in order to put her away. She waited for Gura to get back up, staying close by and keeping her eyes trained on Gura's body, trying to look for any signs of danger in case Gura wasn't that dazed and was capable of fighting back...if she botched this, the tables would turn drastically...Once Gura stood up, Akari would make her mad dash over to the 'Shark' and jump up in order to try and hit her with a Single Knee Codebreaker!!!

After the butt drop, Gura rolls to the middle of the ring and gets up slowly to stand up on both feet while Akari was behind her, before turning around to look at her, still a bit dazed.

Gura turns around and what she would see is Akari dashing against her and going for the single knee codebreaker, but at the last moment Gura stops it by lifting Akari in a suplex position, but to change it into one of her powerful finishers... MICHINOKU DRIVER II!!

After doing the driver as a huge counter, Gura leans on the mat for few seconds but she doesn't waste time and grabs both of her legs and ankles for the pinfall count.

Akari went for her move, lining up the Codebreaker and securing it in tightly, but JUST as she was about to reach the apex of her move, the 'Shark' sprang back to life and sent the 'Turtle' CRASHING down into the canvas with a beautifully reversed Michinoku Driver, seemingly turning Akari's lights off upstairs as she fell against the canvas limp.

Moments later the pin was set in and the count of two was reached, the referee wasting no time in raising his hand up and going for the final pin to give Gura another score, but at the last moment a faint jolt from Akari Ito led to one shoulder barely making it in time to rise up off the canvas, A 2.9 SECOND PIN BREAK as she twitched against the canvas, it was hard to tell if she was even conscious at this point...emotions were running wild both in AND out of the ring as the audience went crazy!!!

Gura really thought that with doing the Driver as a huge and impactful counter move would be all. After both landed over the mat, Gura was pinning her as the referee counted up to number 2 and going for number 3 but Akari did a miraculous kickout at the count of 2.9...

After that kickout, Gura got a wide expression that reflected shock with both eyes open and the teeth closed while laying on the mat as she holds her head with both hands and looking up at the lights. She thought the driver could be all to end the round and moving ahead on the score, but it ended the other way around... Gura doesn't know what else to do, she really seemed a bit frustrated while she was getting up on her feet.
