L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Akari's pin attempt failed yet again, but regardless this was NOT the end. She still had plenty of fight left in her, she was GOING to win. She stood up and attempted to grab hold of Chika, aiming to drive her into the nearest corner and hit her with a few Shoulder Charges straight to the midsection to weaken the veteran joshi.

Chika was hurting, but far from out from the battle herself! Once Akari picked Chika up, carrying her to the corner, and try and drive her shoulder in the stomach...

...only for the Raven Knight to duck under the attack, trying to sweep her feet from under her rival to bring her to the ground!

Akari attempted to rebalance herself, but Chika's leg sweep was far faster than she anticipated. It seemed that she wasn't the only one with a bit of fight left in her as the Raven Knight had completely stolen the upper hand from the Sea Turtle's grasp. Akari hit the canvas back first, laying beneath Chika.

With how close the two were to a corner, Chika got a direct idea as to how to continue her offense on Akari. Quickly hopping onto the top rope of the corner she was just trapped in, she'd measure the distance to Akari and quickly jumped off, trying to nail the Turtle with a quick and beautiful Moonsault to her back!

Akari tried to get her bearings quick enough so that she could move away, but Chika managed to get the drop on her first...quite literally. The woman came CRASHING down on the Sea Turtle's backside with a heavy amount of force upon impact, forcing a massive grunt to escape from the younger fighter's lips. Akari's spine began to flare up with pain shooting up and down all areas of her back, dazing her as the pain was nearly unbearable.

As Akari's back and body flared up with pain, Chika would quickly try to follow up the attack, deciding to further work over her rival's back, grabbing her feet to drag her from the corner of the ring towards the middle, before sitting on her back and trying to bend her into a C shape with a Boston Crab! She felt like Akariccan take the hold, but, at least for a good while, this will work towards weakening the Turtle!

Before Akari realized the severity of her situation, Chika had the Sea Turtle locked into a submission hold before the young woman could escape. Akari's legs and back were painfully bent into an agonizing Boston Crab hold, and while she could certainly withstand it, the long-term damage would leave her with quite the disadvantage. She held out for as long as she could, attempting to strike at Chika's thigh and the lower side of her hip in order to weaken the woman's hold over her.

Chika could feel Akari trying to fight out of the hold, punching at Chika's thigh and hip. She wasn't the best when it came to holds, and having an opponent trying to unbalance her made it difficult for the Raven Knight to keep the hold under control...

Briefly, Chika relaxed the hold, trying to shuffle on top of Akari, trying to make it more difficult for the Turtle to strike at her! She tried to do it quickly, so that Akari couldn't reverse the hold...

As Chika alleviates the pressure of the Boston Crab, the Sea Turtle utilizes this one moment to her advantage, the up-and-coming new signee doing her damndest to break free before the Raven could make things any worse for her. She pulls her feet from Chika's grip, shifting the position of her legs and rolling the woman up in a surprise pinfall attempt again, trying to make the most out of a bad situation as she gets the pin, hoping that Chika would be caught off guard for long enough.

Suddenly, just as Chika tried to readjust the hold, Akari would firmly keep control of her legs, trying to get them at Chika's shoulders...while also tripping the lightweight's legs! Suddenly, Chika was trapped in a quick but firm roll up!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"T---NO!"

Collecting her strength, Chika would jerk her body upwards in order to kick out of the pin!
