Failure to communicate- Lex vs Amelia!

*While peering upwards at Amelia, Lex felt a pang of remorse for what he was about to do; in all fairness, she didn't deserve to take such a crippling move, but regardless of what he thought Lex wasn't about to let his empathy stand in the way of his imminent victory.* "Sorry, but I'm too close to an assured victory to start regretting anything now!" *Feeling the ineffably energizing sensation of maintaining his hold while teasing wether or not he would finally execute it, the silver bullet suddenly felt Amelia's legs haphazardly wiggle, causing him to inadvertently lose his otherwise perfect footing!*

"H..hey! Knock it off!" *Attempting to scold his prey while shuffling her around to regain his hold, Lex tentatively ambled forward to try and regain his posture, only to worsen his current predicament by tripping over his own boots! Deciding that the excess luggage wasn't worth carrying anymore, Lex relinquished his grip and took the brunt of the fall on his backside. However, as he was transitioning from standing to lying against his spine, he extended his arms forward to try and pull Amelia downwards along with him!*

"S..sorry, decided to go with the original pla...!!!" *Having completely misjudged the rate at which she was falling towards him, Lex somehow managed to yank her against his chest and lock their lips together, their pillowy embrace sending a jolt of sensual arousal throughout his body! The crowd instantaneously gasped at this sudden change of pace, causing most of the males in the audience to unanimously shout* "Ooooooooh!"

Amelia had basically accepted her fate. She knew this match was pretty much over. As soon as he hit his move, it would be lights out for her. Still, her pride as a Carnival Girl made her fight back in any little way that she could. The flailing legs were all she could muster, and even though they were weak, they were enough to throw him off balance. Both wrestlers came crashing down to the mat.

She would take the lesser of the fall thanks to landing on top of him, but what he would take from her was far worse than anything he physically took: her first kiss. It may have been accidental, it may have been inadvertent, but it was most certainly the straw that broke the camel's back.

Amelia quickly pushed herself off of Lex with a ginormous blush spread across her face. Before her opponent could even attempt to verbally defend himself, the pink girl slapped him harder than she had ever slapped anyone. This man has sexually assaulted her multiple times this match, and now he had stolen her precious first kiss.

In this very moment, Lex had achieved two impossible things:
1. He had angered one of the kindest, most forgiving, and most soft-hearted people on the planet.
2. He had made said person, who has never hated anyone, hate him.

Tears streamed down her face as she continued to slap him over and over again. These slaps had no strategy, only anger and hurt behind them. She didn't even care about the match anymore. She just wanted this to end. She hated him.

*Already incredibly versed in the art of seduction and enrapturing when it pertains to the opposite sex, Lex was more ashamed of himself that this moment hadn't already transpired than anything else. However, what he experienced next wasn't the eternal gratitude of the woman he had beguiled, rather her disdain and outright fury in the form of a tsunami of slaps!* "Gghh! H..hey! Knock it off!"

*Still rather exhausted from the ordeal of having to hoist Amelia skyward and subsequently plant her across the canvas, only for that to transform into a complete botch before his very eyes, the silver bullet was caught completely off guard by this retaliatory assault by the deeply offended entertainer! Smack after debilitating smack, Lex was starting to find himself less and less enthused by the prospect of spending more time than was necessary with this psycho acrobat!*

"I s..said quit it!" *His demand sounded much more like a plea than anything else at this point, her furious palm strikes continually landing all across miscellaneous parts of his exposed skin. Some popped him against his facial cheeks, others gut checked him, leaving him slightly breathless, but the ones that didn't leave any physical damage were just as demoralizing than the rest!*

Amelia heeded no regard to his pleas. This man had stolen so much from her that could never be given back. He deserved no forgiveness, no reprise. Amelia had never felt this way about anyone before, but now she couldn't stop it. She hated how she felt, but she couldn't help but feel this way. More and more slaps struck him with incredible force. Most were aimed at his face, but a few landed elsewhere.

She showed no signs of letting up. Minute after minute, she continued to hit him like there was no tomorrow. Even the ref was trying to beg her to stop. They too fell on deaf ears. Many members of the crowd had to look away from the tragedy occurring in the ring. They couldn't bear to watch the nicest member of the Carnival Girls being emotionally broken down so badly. The members of the crowd who weren't averting their eyes were just hoping things would end soon.

Finally, Amelia ran herself out of breath. As she huffed and puffed, she looked down at the carnage that she created. She began to come to her senses, and remembered that she wanted to be away from this match.

She got up off of him and took a step back. She bent her knees and got herself in a ready stance. "Get up... I'm ending this..." Amelia commanded him. Her voice was full of nothing but hurt and sadness, like someone who was just betrayed by a best friend. Lex was very, very far from that, but the voice tone was there anyway.

As soon as he made it to a vertical base, Amelia planned to execute her finisher: The Amelia-Go-Round. A sharp, deadly roundhouse kick that put quite a few opponent's lights out back at the carnival. She was locked and loaded. Now, it was up to him to do what he was told.

*As the merciless onslaught continued to unfurl without the silver bullet being able to conjure up any semblance of a defense! "Aaah! Nnhh!" *The thunderous force behind each, immediate smack sent miniature tremors throughout his entire figure, and gradually, his zeal began to wane. Amelia continued popping him, and before long, Lex was reduced to a crimson-imprinted shell of his earlier self!*

"P..please..n..no more.." *Having withstood the brunt of Amelia's unquenchable wrath, it seemed as if she had knocked a little sense into the ignorant inventor's brain. Through his discombobulated state, he felt as though he'd been struck by an epiphany: Perhaps catching her in an inadvertent kiss was a bit excessive for an exhibition match, but he wouldn't be allowed the luxury of dwelling on this thought for long, as Amelia's foot would introduce itself to his unprotected mandible!*

"GGUUH!" *Saliva burst from his maw like a volcanic eruption, sending him spiraling towards the ground as the gravity of his actions finally caught up with him! With a sonorous* "Thwump!" *His semi-conscious form sprawled across the mat, the only motion being his mouth ashe mumbled* "S..sorry.." *In a sheepish tone.*

The tall Carnival Girl rocked Lex with her fury-infused finisher. All of the anger and damaged feeling poured into the attack that connected with his face. As he went down to the mat, Amelia felt a great sense of relief wash over her, though her feeling had not yet changed otherwise. She was still upset, and that wasn't going to change anytime soon. She just hoped that this would finally end it.

Even as Lex went down, he did his best to mutter out an apology. However, Amelia's anger blocked it out, and it fell on deaf ears. She wanted nothing more to do with him. This would be the end of their interactions, of this, she hoped.

Quickly scrambling downwards, she hooked his legs up in a deep cover. She kept his shoulders down on the canvas, and awaited the three count by the ref.

"One! Two!..."

*Without a sliver of energy to spare, Lex's overwrought form was unable to respond as the moderator's call began the inevitable countdown to his demise. Despite attempting to conjure up his sincerest condolences, Amelia casually disregarded him while going for the subsequent pin. The tactile embrace against her voluptuous frame was enough to cause a light, noticeable blush but nothing further; she had administered a ruthless beating, and regardless of how she may have appeared, he was too preoccupied with his fresh wounds to focus on it for too long.*

"THREE!" *Without moving a solitary muscle beneath the irate Amelia, the referee signaled for the victory bell, finally bringing the massacring of his masculine pride to a halt. Unsurprisingly, the crowd reacted with a symphony of cheers and adulation towards the victorious female, only further augmenting the shame he felt for having forced her to endure this entire ordeal. Lex turned his head sideways, slightly ashamed of both his defeat and what ultimately lead up to it.* "D..damn it.." *He gently muttered to himself, wishing he was anywhere else but inside the squared circle, surrounded by people who abhorred him.*

Fresh from the gym, Marlee Jackson had been watching the match with interest... but that interest had quickly turned to incredulity as the events unfolded before her as she observed on the screens back stage. The buxom New Zealander had a ... relationship of sorts with the crimson-eyed genius, and certainly some unfinished business. She hadn't expected to feel jealous, but when Lex had unexpectedly kissed this 'Amelia' she'd felt the surge of indignity! The guy was clearly into her, but this little tart had stolen a kiss from him!

To make matters worse, right after that Amelia had wasted no time in laying the smackdown on poor Lex, ending with a crushing roundhouse that left him down and out. Frustration had begun to build within her as she watched him go down, the woman laying herself over her man. And finally, seeing Lex pinned with the crowds jeering him the whole was, it was enough to make her snap. She was putting a stop to this. Not even pausing to change into her wrestling gear, she set off at a run towards the ring.

Hitting the Gym

"Hit the music, buddy!" she hollered to one of the staff members as she hurtled past. Sure enough, seconds later Skillet - Sick of It thundered from the speakers, just as Marlee exploded from the backstage area. Normally she would have stopped to take in the fans applause, but not this time. This time she ignored the sea of surprised faces and went hurtling down into the ring, diving under the bottom rope and springing to her feet in front of the shocked referee.

"Hey, lady!" Marlee snarled. "You've got something of mine!" And lunging forward she would grab Amelia by the head and wrench her off of Lex, hurling her away from the poleaxed form of the crimson-eyed pugilist. Wrath shining in her eyes, Marlee stepped forward, bracing herself to lay a beating down on the woman on Lex's behalf!

At last, the third slap hit the canvas, and the bell rung signifying Amelia's victory. Frankly, at this point, after everything she had been through in this match, the biggest victory she could have was getting away from this creep. She was still shaking from the anger she felt towards him, but at least now she could finally escape.

She wanted to see Shaina and Satsuki so badly right now. She wanted the comfort and warmth that only great friends could give. She wanted to go home and forget this entire ordeal.

But things never go the way people want them to, and Amelia was not immune to that fact, if it wasn't evident from the match that just happened. As she started to get up to have her hand raised so that she could leave the ring, she was blindsided by another wrestler. Her head was grabbed and she was thrown from her spot and away from her former opponent.

"YEOUCH!"

She hadn't even had a chance to look at her attacker yet. She had no idea why this was even happening. Why? Why was this happening? She just wanted to leave. Why was this person attacking her? She had made no enemies, unless one considered the mutual hated rivalry her team had with the British Bunnies. But even then, the voice she had heard wasn't anything like the two British bullies that had terrorized her and her sisters for the past few months.

As she glanced up, tears streamed down her cheeks. It was a girl she had never seen before. What could Amelia have possibly done to make this girl upset?

Please... I just want to go home...

*Still languishing after such a brutal beatdown at the hands of the otherwise calm and collected Amelia, Lex raised his head out of curiosity to catch a glimpse of what appeared to be some mysterious figure administering a thrashing upon the carnival girl!* "W..wuh..???" *Still relatively dazed from his defeat, the silver bullet's eyes started to discern both of the blobs adjacent to him as individual figures, and one of them just so happened to be Marlee Jackson!*

"N..no way..." *Unable to comprehend why she of all people would have marched all the way down to the ring to try and rescue him, the self-appointed genius was in no condition to question the benevolence of others, especially since he could hardly stand himself. Surprisingly enough, it seemed as though the previous encounter between himself and Amelia was enough to sap her of any expendable energy, making the ensuing fight relatively easy for his boisterous savior!*

"I..is she..into..me?" *Pondering this notion aloud, Lex decided that the prudent route to take would be to sit idly by and watch all of this transpire, his legs still too damaged to effectively use in this complicated situation, and his morbid fascination preventing him from leaving until he watched all of this unfurl before his very eyes, feeling a faint tingling between his legs from watching Marlee in action.*
