Faith was on her knees, glaring at her opponent as she exchanged stiff strike after strike with the younger woman, determined to not fall and send this so called Monarch down to the mat again! Even enduring the pain all throughout from the blows she took she felt she was making solid progress in hurting her opponent and her last blow especially was one that she thought could finally leave the woman laid out.

Unfortunately however Faith would find her arm seized by Aiko before being pulled down, legs coming up and over her to try and get her on the mat! Recognizing this as a arm bar she knew that she had to act fast and as a result twisted and turning on her hips, trying to get on her side while bringing her arm around to clasp her hands together and keep one arm from being able to be fully extended. If successful at this Faith would try and get her feet under before pushing forward, trying to force Aiko's legs up and bend her in half, attempting to reverse the submission into a pin fall attempt!

Aiko and Faith exchanged counter after counter, and the crowd was thrilled. The Japanese woman’s armbar attempt was countered by a pin attempt. Aiko realized what was happening and kicked out at 1. She would then roll away from Faith, pop up to her feet, and attempt to nail her with a spinning back kick!

Faith was certainly no slouch when it came to submissions, in fact her natural talent and ingenuity with them was something to behold, and it was coming in majorly against Aiko! Managing to grab her arm to mitigate the arm bar the older woman would manage to roll the Monarch back and into a pin fall attempt!

Granted it was barely a one count, but it at least resolved with Aiko ending the submission hold and pushing Faith back. Stumbling for a moment before reclaiming her balance before holding her arm a bit Faith would stand back up fully and look at her opponent... Only to eat a sudden spinning back kick from her opponent!

"Ugh!" Faith cried out in pain, getting caught flush by the kick and getting spun about before dropping down onto her hands and knees, rocked by the blow and temporarily stunned by the blow and at her opponent's mercy!

Aiko smelled blood in the water. The armbar didn’t work, so she decided to change up her approach. She stepped and stood over Faith, jumped up, and landed with her butt on Faith’s back to drive her completely prone. Aiko would then squat down on top of Faith and try locking her in a camel clutch!

Caught flush with a kick from Aiko and left on her hands and knees Faith would be left stunned and vulnerable. Something that Aiko was quick to latch onto as she stepped over and dropped down, slamming her hips into Faith's back! "UGH!" Faith groaned in pain falling down to the mat and moaning softly as she did so with Aiko then transitioning into a camel clutch submission! "Agh!" Faith groaned out in pain as she was pulled back sharply, cringing sharply as she grasped at Aiko's hands, trying to pry them off but for now, she was unable to do much of anything else!

Aiko kept bending Faith back further and further in the camel clutch. Aiko, who was incredibly flexible herself, couldn’t help but be impressed at Faith’s flexibility and resilience, though she would never say it.
She leaned down and whispered into Faith’s ear,
”Just tap! I’m better than you!”

Intending to add extra emphasis, Aiko stood up and shifted holds. She pulled Faith’s arms back and locked their legs together. Lifting Faith up, she tried to get her in a surfboard hold!

Faith was screaming in pain, her flexibility pushed to its absolute limits right now by her opponent bending her back to her absolute limit! "Ngh.. I refuse!" Faith yelled out in response to Aiko's whispered words, refusing to back down to the woman as she pulled the submission further. Then she was transitioned from the camel clutch into the surfboard stretch instead! "Agh!" Faith yelled out in pain as she was bent even more! Refusing to give up however Faith would shift and shimmy, trying to loosen her arms from the Monarch's grip in order to get free of her hold!

Aiko was confident she had Faith’s number with the surfboard stretch. However the mature beauty was not done yet. She struggled in Aiko’s grip, making it harder to maintain the hold. Her persistence paid off and she freed her arms from Aiko and fell prome. The Japanese woman would get down and snuggle on Faith’s back. Wrapping her right arm around Faith’s neck, she would attempt to lock in a sleeperhold (minus bodyscissors).

Doing everything in her power to resist and twist out of Aiko's surfboard stretch the blonde was making progress, so much so evidently that her opponent was looking to change things up as a result! Feeling Aiko drop down onto her back Faith would gag softly as she felt the Monarch's arm wrap around around her neck! 'Not good! got to do something before her legs wrap around me!' Faith thought to herself, gripping Aiko's arm before pushing on the mat to try and roll the two over onto Aiko's back. If successful in doing so Faith would try and pull her legs up and roll backwards, over Aiko's torso and head to get her feet behind her head as a result, aiming to press her body weight down on Aiko's chest to try and turn this into a make shift pin attempt!

Aiko thought she had her stubborn opponent's number, but Faith was crafty. Rolling backwards, she forced Aiko onto her back into a pin. The ref began counting.
ONE!
TWO!
NO!!

Aiko had no choice but to let go of the sleeper hold. A bounce later and the two women separated. Rolling away, Aiko shot up to her feet and held herself up against the ropes.
