Alaina felt the referee trying to pry her off Sarah. Was there a rope break? Alaina let go and threw Sarah down and turned to the referee.
She was blindsided by a top ripe hurricanrana by Asuka before she could say anything! The amazon hit the mat hard, looking up at the lights as she groaned in pain, kicking the mat as she cradled her head in her arms!

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Both girls were at near opposite ends of the weight scale, but still Asuka was able to send Alaina crashing down onto the canvas if she put in a little effort. Before either girl could hit the canvas, Asuka was reaching for Alaina's arm, so that when they did land, she could quickly drag it out to one side and apply a simple, efficient armbar! She'd bend Alaina's fingers to pile on as much pain as possible, hoping to get a submission out of her.

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Alaina groaned in pain as the small woman caught her in the arm bar and added insult to injury by pulling her fingers back!
Alaina kicked the mat rapidly and tried to roll over into the hold, reaching woth her own free arm. Alaina tried to grab onto one of Asuka's arms to try to pull it off her own arm to alleviate the pressure as well as the added pain in her fingers!

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
When Alaina reached up and pulled Asuka's right arm away from the hold, it all fell apart. Without the pressure there to keep Alaina's arm straight, getting her hand free was a simple task. Rather than stick around and endure the heavyweight's revenge, Asuka made a quick roll backwards and got to her feet, letting her momentum carry her into the corner where she'd sit and wait for her big opponent to get back up.

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Alaina managed to make a desperate escape, but wanted more than anything to squash this woman. She moved in, trying to flatten Asuka between herself and the turnbuckle with a running body splash!
The amazon was now clearly frustrated at this juncture of the match than she ever expected!

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Asuka gave Alaina a smirk as she got back onto her feet, though the young blonde was already standing in the corner and waiting for her. As expected, it antagonised the heavyweight enough that she came charging at her, looking to splash Asuka into the corner. Given the difference in size between the two fighters, a move like that was incredibly dangerous, probably capable of crushing Asuka's entire ribcage if there was enough force behind it.
Luckily for the two of them, Asuka was very agile and mobile, even this late in the fight. She put her hands on the top rope, pushed down and jumped upwards, and then launched herself over the top of Alaina, letting the big heavyweight Amazon crash into the turnbuckle harmlessly.

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Alaina groaned as she crashed into the ring post and cradled her chest turning to see a cocky Asuka standing there.
Alaina had it with her, and some of her antics. It was time to shut her little mouth. The amazon moved in again cautiously with her arms up. As she for close she twisted her torso and swung her legs up to try to hit Asuka with a spinning wheel kick right in the face!

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Asuka took a gamble on what Alaina would do next. She expected the big woman to go in for a grapple to force her to the floor and stretch her into submission, so she got her hands up into a boxing-style stance ready for a charge. Instead, Alaina stepped out of the corner and swung a huge kick up at Asuka's head!
The little lightweight leaned back to try and dodge it, but Alaina's legs were longer than she thought, and the boot cracked her right in the jaw. Surprisingly, it didn't break the bone, but it did send little Asuka crashing down hard onto the canvas where she lay motionless, aside from her panting and trembling. The referee quickly moved in to check on her and make sure Alaina hadn't landed a knock-out blow.

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
Alaina felt the hit connect and was back up, ready to press her advantage. However, as the referee was checking on Asuka she backed off. Alaina paced and watched as the referee kept checking up on Asuka.
Alaina held her breath, hoping that Asuka was all right and not hurt.

Re: Asuka and Sarah vs. The Thundergirls
The referee knelt down beside her and held Asuka's arm up in the air, and then let it go. Immediately, it fell back to the canvas. He repeated his experiment, and Asuka's arm dropped down again without delay. The referee lifted Asuka's hand a final time, and let go, and immediately Asuka's arm fell down again. She was unconcious, and no amount of yelling from Sarah at the side of the ring was going to change that.
The referee went quickly to ring the bell and then raise Tina & Alaina's arms as the winners, while Sarah climbed into the ring with a pair of medics to check on her downed tag partner.
