Birth of a Rivalry: Raquel vs. Agatha

Raquel managed to move, but her rise back to her feet was a tough one. She was still in a lot of pain but she was also looking to win this match! Raquel staggered up to her feet and decided that it was time to really lay into Agatha with some strikes. She crouched low and watched Agatha. As soon as her opponent began to rise Raquel surged forward using all her speed to close the gap quickly, leaping at Agatha and leading with her knee to smash Agatha in the face with a shining wizard! Raquel loved this move and it had swung matches in her favor before as she hoped it would do so again here tonight!

*With a weary stagger in her step, Agatha needed to redouble her efforts to try and regain control of this fight. However, Raquel had proven herself to be no ordinary foe, outlasting Agatha long enough to overwhelm her with a flying knee to her dome!*

"Ggghrrrhh!" *The unintelligible grunt was accompanied by a glob of saliva that shot out of the pocket of her gaping maw like a bullet, the demoralized amazon licking her wounds while forming a fetal position atop the floor!*

The shining wizard was right on target and Raquel knew she had to capitalize. Agatha was down and now Raquel was going to show her agility. She sprang up and tan towards the ropes as quickly as she could eager to try something new. Raquel jumped up and perched on the top rope instead of the middle rope, leaping back for a springboard corkscrew splash!

If her new idea connected she would waste no time in going for a pin against the downed Agatha!

*Struggling to summon enough useable vigor to regain some semblance of a chance in this chaotic fray, Raquel decided to strike while the iron was hot, throwing caution to the wind by spiraling through the air and smashing her svelte frame against the norsewoman, earning her a* "GGUNNHH!" *Of disdain while she sprawled out in an exhausted pose.*

"ONE!" *While barely clinging to a sliver of consciousness, Agatha was accustomed to the numeric sequence while in the ring- She wasn't on the outside, from what she could recall, so that only meant...* "TWO!" *She had to be pinned! Clinching her teeth together to try and channel whatever emergency energy she could, Agatha barely managed to throw a solitary shoulder skyward, breaking the count before the last digit could be reached!*

"Y...you're strong~" *The fatigued valkyrie muttered under her laborious breathing, counting her blessings that she somehow conjured up enough vim to remain competitive in this brawl!*

Raquel was not surprised.... but disappointed that the match continued! She thought she pulled it off but had to keep going. She pulled Agatha up and stepped away as she tried to leap up and wrap her legs around Agatha's head to flip her to the mat with a hurricanrana!

*As the hefty norsewoman was dragged back to her unsteady feet, Agatha silently balled her right hand into a tightly coiled fist, twisting her hips while simultaneously drilling the unsuspecting Raquel with an uppercut to her ribcage!* "I..I'm not finished yet!" *She shouted, trying to use it as a rallying cry to bolster her morale!*

Raquel thought she was in position to keep punishing Agatha but the uppercut to the abdomen came as a surprise and doubled Raquel over! "UGH!" She groaned, staggering and hobbling limp legged as her arms cradled her abdomen. Raquel was now in a compromised position, she was not sure what Agatha was going to follow up with but it wasn't going to be good. She had to be on her toes and ready to counter whatever it was otherwise she was in danger of losing control of the match in a critical juncture.

*Utilizing her unnatural tenacity and unshakable desire to emerge victorious, Agatha stomped her leading foot against the mat before forcefully pushing the palms of her hands up against Raquel's chest, attempting to discombobulate her while forcing her into a corner!*

Raquel was hurting but not enough to let Agatha just push her around! Raquel needed to daze this woman and a hard shot to the head should do the trick..... Raquel played along limply allowing herself to be pushed back before suddenly springing to life, shoving Agatha away and flying at her, aiming a super kick right to the jaw of Agatha!

Raquel hoped to leave her laid out on her back allowing Raquel to leap up onto the top rope, looking down at Agatha. It was time to hit her corkscrew body splash off the top rope to try to finish off this hard hitting foe! Raquel took a deep breath and leapt into the air spinning and gracefully flying as she looked to come crashing down right on top of Agatha, wasting no time in going for the pin after landing!

*With each, subsequent attack Agatha managed to land against her tenacious foe, victory seemed more and more within reach. The match was a grueling contest of skill and resolve, but the valkyrie was obstinate on prevailing.*

*However, much to her astonishment, Raquel broke her momentum by launching a dazzling super kick to her maw, sending Agatha spiraling into the canvas. Her day suddenly went from bad to worse however, as the sensational showstopper flung herself from the top rope and atop of the debilitated norsewoman!*

"Huhooof!" *With a raspy heave upon impact, Agatha knew she had been bested. All that remained was the imminent three count to make her defeat official.*
