Battle of Masters: Helena DuBois vs Toshimi Minami

Reversing Helena's reversal into a arm bar Minami wasn't extremely surprised to find that Helena was able to grab her own arm to mitigate the pain. It was the most basic defense from the arm bar after all. Usually also followed by... 'Pin fall attempt.' Minami thought to herself as she felt herself pushed backwards onto her shoulders, the ref dropping down immediately upon seeing so.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

The Venus of Submissions wasn't to be underestimated however. She knew every hold there was and their counters... As well as how to beat said counters. Despite the position with her shoulders down on the mat Minami would turn herself over onto her side, loosening her legs from her opponent's chest and swinging one leg over the still caught arm of Helena, if successful in doing so Minami would try to lean back onto Helena's shoulders, attempting to shock Helena with a transition into a seated arm bar!

Helena cursed her luck as she kept escaping only to be stuck worse than before! She howled and cried out in pain reaching at Toshimi as she was once again stuck and this time with no real good way out. Helena thrashed and bucked knowing that the ropes were nearby. She was giving it her all to get a rope break, hoping to get a break soon as her arm felt like it was going to break!

Minami was proving why her name was the Venus of Submissions, reversing her foe's reversals and trapping her, or transitioning the submissions she had into different holds. It was good payback for what Helena had done to her earlier in the match, but it wasn't enough for Minami. No she would keep going until the woman was forced to submit. Unfortunately however the woman would soon manage to grab onto the ropes, forcing a break. "Tsk." The woman said to herself as she would release the hold and stand up, taking a few steps away to give Helena the chance to get back up.

Helena scowled, a clear look of pain and pure anger on her face. She pulled herself up and stumbled, using the ropes as she knew Toshimi was waiting. Helena wanted to destroy this little brat, and she tried to surge out in a line right at Toshimi swinging her leg up to aim a super kick right at the chin of the submission specialist! Helena was tired of Toshimi and was done being humiliated. She was going to try to lay out the smaller wrestler with this hoping to catch Toshimi by surprise.

Minami had enjoyed some dominance in the last few minutes of this match, managing to torque and torment Helena non stop with submission after submission, paying special attention to the woman's arm to set up for her finisher later on. Unfortunately for Minami the larger woman had managed to reach the ropes, forcing a break and making Minami back off.

Assuming the woman was fairly stunned from the onslaught of moves Minami would approach as soon as Helena was up, a mistake that Minami would soon pay for as Helena's leg came right up, blasting Minami as she approached with a super kick! "Guh!" Minami yelled out as she was sent stumbling away, holding her jaw in pain from the blow.

Helena did catch Toshimi by surprise, but equally surprised was Helena who saw her opponent stumble back but remain standing! She scowled and was even more enraged by her seeming inability to put this woman down. Helena howled and surged out at Toshimi, leaping into the air with her arm extended looking to devastate the stumbling Toshimi with a running lariat to blast her. Helena was going to win this any way she could, but she wanted to hammer away at Toshimi to make her suffer.

Minami had thought Helena was clipped in the wings now that her arm had been so heavily targeted, but she had forgotten the woman's legs which snapped up for a brutal kick to her gut that forced her back a few steps. Looking up despite the wheezy state she was now in Minami would be treated to the sight of Helena closing in and smashing her arm into her chest! "Gah!" Minami gasped out, taken off her feet and flipping through the air completely before crashing down face first into the mat with a low hiss of agony from the force of the move.

Helena wasn't known for power but the tall, fit Canadian was quite capable of it when she was focused. Toshimi crashing to the mat was evidence of this and Helena made her way over to the fallen woman stomping down on her mid-section before yanking her up. Helena wanted to lift Toshimi up and lift her across her shoulders, pressing on her in a torture rack to repay the submission favor! "How does this feel you little brat? You should know when you are simply beaten by a superior woman!"

Minami was in a bad spot, that kick and following lariat hitting her flush and leaving the veteran dazed from the sheer power behind the moves. Worse yet Helena wasn't looking to let Minami have a chance to breathe, stomping down on her body brutally and making it difficult for Minami to do much of anything as she would look up, glaring at Helena between stomps before getting grabbed and hauled up onto Helena's shoulders! "Gah!" Gasping in pain from the torture rack she was subjected too Minami would immediately begin struggling, thrashing in Helena's grasp, trying to make it difficult for the woman to hold onto!

Helena was having trouble really wrenching down on the hold, however she had a way around this. As Toshimi struggled Helena jumped up and leaned back looking to turn her torture rack attempt into a samoan drop! Helena was not taking Toshimi lightly, and to that end she was looking to use impactful offense against her to inflict as much pain quickly as possible. Toshimi was going to understand why women didn't like being in the ring with Helena, and the Canadian was going to use whatever tricks or moves necessary to win.
