"Yes way!"

Oscar would pump his arms to give Patty short bursts of intense squeezing in the hug before leaning forward, looking to really lay it in on her spine!

"The people I train with tell me this is one of my best moves... and they've helped me work on it quite a bit! Do you agree?"

There was a confident look on his face as he managed to switch things back into his favour for the moment.

Patty roared out with each additional squeeze that Oscar delivered to her, likely not the usual reaction he got, but then again she was not the typical opponent for the Young Lion. "Well it ain't bad, I'll admit! Not often someone can keep me trapped like this, but looks like I'll have ta get serious now, lad. Hope yer ready for a wild ride!"

As her back arched from the long squeeze, Patty would lift up an arm and ball up her fist before bringing it down on Oscar's head, looking to fight her way out of his grip by going for the head. It was a good thing he hadn't trapped her arms, or she might have been in more trouble, even for a ring veteran like herself!

"GUH!!"

Oscar's vision would blur for a moment as Patt's fist rattled his skull, causing him to release the hold so he could clutch his head. He stumbled backwards as he did this, seeming totally out of it...

Patty dropped to the canvas, still feeling a twinge of aching in her back. That was going to need some ice later. "Well then, if that was your ace, then let me show you what a real finisher feels like. Better brace yourself, lad, because ya won't be liking this one" Gripping Oscar around the throat, Patty hoisted the Young Lion up as far as she could manage before driving him down into the canvas with a ring shaking chokeslam!

This was her own finisher, the Irish Cannon! Part of it anyway. There was more involved, but since this was just a spar, she would spare the rookie the full effects, as she didn't want to be responsible for putting a newbie on the injured list in his first month on the roster.

Oscar let out an audible GACK was he was grabbed by his throat and lifted him into the air. As he was viciously choke slammed into the canvas, his eyes would practically bug out of his head as he gasped out in sheer pain. Combining all of this with the previous punishment he had been dealt, Oscar would do little more than writhe on the ground, being barely able to move...

Taking a deep breath after landing the chokeslam, Patty would look and see Oscar laid out and likely unable to pick himself up after taking her signature move. "Don't force yerself, lad, more experienced folks than you haven't gotten up after taking that move. Ye did well, though, I guess ye've earned that autograph ye've been askin' for. Need a hand?" Patty would extend her palm to Oscar, offering him a hand up after complimenting the effort he had put in during their spar.

Oscar would be breathing heavily before looking up at Patty and smiling at her.

"Thanks.."

He'd go to take her hand to be helped onto his feet.

"You okay there? Didn't rough you up too much, did I?" Patty bellowed loudly as she gave him a nice slug on his shoulder. She had broken a small sweat but it was clear by her laugh that she still had plenty of energy and could likely go another full hour in the spar if she had wanted to. Oscar had thrown everything he had at her, but she was at a whole other level compared to the Young Lion. Patty didn't seem bad, though. She had an ego, that much was clear, but not one that she let go to her head.

Oscar noted the skill difference between the two but kept it to himself as he chuckled and rubbed his shoulder.

"I think I'll be fine. Nothing some advil and an ice bath can't fix, right?"

"Just give it time, you'll get there. It's been a while since I found someone so young that can hit as hard like you, not to mention being able to lift a boulder like meself! I'm close to 140 kilo, which would be like 300 pounds in Yankee speak. You got some serious potential in that tight frame. How old are ya, lad? You mentioned being in the rookie program, right?"
