So I want to ask, is Rina Ninoita free to use? I saw Rainmaker had them and messaged them back in July last year iirc but don't think I got a response, the user in question hasn't posted since like 2020 afaik so I'm wondering if I'm okay to use her over here or not wanna check cheers

Wow, you're patient, I'd like that. I think that because of inactivity he is free. And if he didn't answer you it must be for reasons that he left the RP, all the more reason why the character is free.
