Curious with what Gala had in mind Carina followed behind her.

"Ok first, I wanna test your speed, run around the track as fast as you can, ready set GO!!!" She yelled

Barely having time to register what was said Carina quickly got in a running stance. Then she sped off as fast as possible on the track. Due to the other sessions fatigue was wearing down the huntress. Her legs burn with each second but Carina only gritted her teeth during the sprint.

When the blond circled back around she suddenly dropped to her knees in front of Gala. Her body was in pain and the young woman was panting and sweating more heavily than before.

Gala watched her run around the track, and saw that she was struggling to stand, "Hmm, not bad. Pretty fast too, ok take a 10 minute break and do it again" she gives her water.

Again? Carina thought in shock. The huntress stopped herself from complaining, reminded that she wanted to become stronger. Instead Carina grabbed the offered water bottle and took short sips during the break.

"Trust me, this will Increase your speed and stamina, go when you are ready."

Recovering from the earlier sprint and catching her breath Carina looked up at Gala. What the other wrestler said made sense even though that didn’t make it any less painful. The huntress couldn’t help but think to herself. I’m going to feel very sore tomorrow that’s for sure.

Once she was ready Carina got up and did some warm ups. Subsequently the former heiress sprang forth again. As before her body agonized from strain but even so Carina pressed running at full speed around the track. Returning to Blaze she managed to stay on her feet unlike last time but barely.

"Very nice very nice." She said as carina ran and came back "Ok now you'll get a hour break and then you'll run again but this time with this" she pulls out a heavy ball with a chain attached to it

Carina’s mouth dropped at the sight of the chain ball. She couldn’t help but mutter to herself. “I’m going to die.”

Deciding to take advantage of the hour break Carina sat down. Turning to Gala she asked. “If you don’t me asking Gala why you do want to train me? We only just met.”

She sat down next to her. "No, not at all I don't mind one bit, well cause seeing you struggle reminded me as myself when I was first training, I was around 15 when I started to train, and thanks to all my hard work my family is very wealthy, and I like to train other people, I trained my sisters and step brother." She said
