Continuing to squeeze Karen's head while bending her neck and back backwards Izumi would smirk as she knew there wasn't much the lioness could do to escape the hold.

However it was also a difficult position to maintain for Izumi so after another few seconds Izumi would then untwist herself and use her legs to launch Karen down face first into the mat!

If this worked then Izumi would use her foot to push Karen away from herself and roll her onto her back where Izumi would then then hop back to her feet and place her heel on Karen's stomach, pushing down on the girl's liver with her heel.

"Feel free to say the words to end this whenever you feel like Karen." Izumi said digging her heel in even further for emphasis as she did so.
