L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Akari thought she had the match won, but a slight oversight on her part would lead to Iris being awarded a free 'get out of jail' card as Akari's mistake saved the Demon of Hope. With Iris being able to snag the rope in time, she narrowly escaped from the jaws of defeat, with a surprised Akari looking up wearily, letting out a groan of disbelief before rolling off Iris' body and standing up onto her feet, rolling Iris away from the ropes and attempting to stand her back up. The Sea Turtle would Irish Whip the pink-haired woman into the nearest corner, looking to set her up for another attack, hoping Iris was too stunned to counteract her next move.

As soon as the count broke up, the fans got shocked after seeing that Akari was so close at winning the match, a thing that could be done if the distance between Iris's arm and the ropes was longer after that powerful knee.

Iris breathes heavily when Akari was standing up until she picked her up, and then the Demon is thrown at the corner by that Irish Whip from the Turtle, and her back touches the turnbuckles...

With Iris in the corner, the Sea Turtle runs after her, looking to slam her foot into her opponent's face with a Running Corner Knee Strike, attempting to keep Iris in a dazed state of mind in order to buy herself some more time. After bouncing off the ropes post-impact, Akari would move Iris onto the top of the turnbuckle, looking to set her up for a BIG finish so long as the Demon of Hope didn't break free. If all went according to the Sea Turtle's plan, she'd wrap herself around Iris and lift her out of the corner. In one fell swoop, Akari would go for broke with a devastating Avalanche German Suplex, hoping that Iris didn't recover in time before attempting to slam her opponent with as much force as she could muster!!!

Iris was still standing in the corner after being irish whipped by Akari, who later ran at her and delivered a knee to her face, the knee hits and the Demon gets into a dazed state, shaking her head. After that, she is lifted up to the top turnbuckle with the back given to the Turtle, who later climbed to the top and prepared for the devastating suplex, but...

Iris shakes her head again and looks at where both of them were, realizing she had to do something. And when Akari was ready, Iris holds the top rope with a tight grip, then she delivers few elbows to the face, not to throw her off but to break the grip. Later, the Demon goes down and turns to grab the Turtle and lift her over the shoulders, then she would walk with her to the middle of the ring, and attempt to counter with a Powerbomb!!

Akari nearly had Iris beat. She was a step or two away from claiming victory. All she had to do was quickly slam the woman down and go for the pin immediately after, even if she had to crawl to get the cover. Just as she moved to go for the Suplex maneuver, Iris managed to spring back to life, the Demon catching the Sea Turtle off-guard with a painful number of Elbow Strikes to the face, dazing Akari as she soon slumped against Iris, drooling and groaning, her body slick with sweat as she collapsed for a moment in a stunned stupor. "...ughk-...." She groaned softly, panting and heaving before Iris slipped down beneath her, grabbing a tight hold of the woman and preparing to unleash something DEVASTATING upon the Sea Turtle, who barely stirred in time to do anything about it, helpless to what was about to unfold as Iris walked forward with her in tow and-..."N-NO!! WAI-."

Akari had been SLAMMED against the canvas on her back, the seismic impact leaving her breathless as she laid still on the mat, with Iris quickly folding her over into an easy pin as the raven-haired woman lay in seeming defeat, her body only twitching ever so slightly as the shock was still reverberating through her aching body.

And despite the odds, Akari once again managed to kick out, barely making it with only fractions of a second left to spare as she rolled over and got her shoulders off the mat, the referee's hand had been mere CENTIMETERS away from giving the Demon of Hope a strong, dominant victory over her foe. Akari gasped and groaned, rolling onto her frontside as her back flared up with pain. Getting hit with such a strong Powerbomb left her winded for the moment. She tried to fight on but she was quickly losing steam as neither the audience's cheers nor the adrenaline rush coursing through her body were enough to get her back onto her feet.

Iris was set in position for the suplex, but after those elbows which made Akari to lose her grip on the waist, which made easier for Iris to slip under her and grab her to carry on shoulders. After she walked far, far away from the corner and with enough distance to not let Akari grab any rope, Iris walked to the middle of the ring and slammed Akari harder with the devastating Powerbomb, pinning her.


[Iris was holding Akari tight with both wrists pinned against the canvas and with both legs up, smiling a little overconfident while the referee was making the count, until... Akari kicked out!! That made Iris getting shocked and angry at the same time, then gets up and looks down at the referee, self-assuming that the count reached to 3 when didn't happen...

Akari gasped for air, taking deep breaths and wiping the sweat from her brow as she pushed herself up, slowly reaching her feet as Iris argued with the referee. She picks herself back up and rushes toward Iris, looking to surprise the Demon with a Superkick right to the face once she turns around, aiming to knock the woman back into the nearest corner and stun her for a moment. "Hyah-!!!"

Iris was standing in front of the referee while arguing with him, still with the idea that the count was fully counted and that the match was already over, but the referee said to her as a counter that the bell didn't even sound fue to Akari's kickout.

The Demon stopped arguing with the referee to turn around and look back at the Sea Turtle with the intention of picking her up but... BANG! Iris gets superkicked by Akari in the jaw, getting stunned and dazed while going backwards to the ropes, just to rebound off and falls on both knees and hands on the mat, not able to stand up quickly...

Akari's foot landed right on Iris' jaw, knocking the Demon of Hope into a heavy daze, causing her to stumble along step by step before slowly falling against the ropes and bouncing off them, crashing to the ground and barely hanging on to whatever consciousness she had left. Akari brushed her hair back, feeling another rush of adrenaline coursing through her veins, beginning to feel an intense surge of passion and vigor as her heart began to pound furiously. She let out a ferocious yell, something akin to a war cry to motivate herself and embolden the crowd with the passionate fire raging within her sharp, light blue eyes. "ORA-, YOSHA!!!." She boomed, the crowd going ballistic as they cheered and hollered, rallying behind the beloved Sea Turtle.

She goes over to Iris and moves to grab hold of her, lifting the woman into her grasp and latching her arm around her head, pulling her along and going to swing around and through the ropes, generating speed and moment to try and exorcise the Demon of Hope with a Tiger Feint DDT, known to the Sea Turtle's fans as "Turtle Devastation"!!! After swinging through the ropes, Akari would clear them in a single motion, swiftly sliding around in a perfect arc, and using the momentum to SPIKE the Demon's head right into the canvas!!!

Iris struggled further to stand up on her own legs without using the ropes, still dazed while holding her head until she shakes and turns around, and confused by the loud cheers after Akari's warrior scream, Iris is held with the head under the armpit.


Iris struggled to break, but she got weak after that Superkick of moments ago, not being able to dodge or counter the Tiger Feint DDT, and is slammed hard with the head down against the canvas... and Iris ends from standing in her knees to fall and lay on her back against the canvas, completely unconscious due to the impact!
