Eliza Harenwood vs Tomás Ferreira - Stride Forward

Eliza might have favoured the striking game for certain given her natural dancer background, however she had a decent enough grasp of submission holds to have a competent enough gameplan. It usually came in handy when she was facing a tall foe that had her applied in one, call it an escape plan of sorts that she had developed over her time in the British indies.

Was the counter inelegant? Yes perhaps. However Eliza wasn't picky right now and it served its purpose of stunning Tomas there, still that made her sore there too as she rubbed the area where his jaw landed.

Glancing over to see her handiwork Eliza knew that had to try and strike while the iron was hot, gasping lightly as she felt the shock to her spine still lingering within her the dancing passion would make to try and scramble up into a vertical stance. Gritting her teeth the British aristocrat would try to bounce forward and leap upwards to try and drive her legs into Tomas's gut with a leaping double footstomp attempt!

The world of wrestling was more vast than Tomás could ever imagine. Of course, his knowledge was minuscule to begin with, but the Portuguese thought this would seal the deal. Or at least wear her down for his own offence. However, Eliza proved to be a lot more cunning than he thought. It wasn’t just the body that proved to be dangerous, the mind can also be one to wield.

Her ingenious attack made the Nak Muay let go of the sleeper hold, stunning Tomás as he fell onto his back. Tomás was still awake, still capable in the physical sense, but his mental was thrown for a loop.

Which allowed Eliza to take advantage and land a strong foot stomp on his gut. Tomás cried out, feeling the stocking-clad feet drive deep into his gut, feeling her full weight on top of him just driving all the air out of him. The Portuguese would lay there, on his back, seeing the British Aristocrat standing on top of his body in a dishevelled heap.

Eliza didn't weigh as much as most other wrestlers in her class, however she knew how to land her strikes when it mattered most and case in point that was caving in Tomas's chest. Taking the term 'step on me' to a whole different level there and not in the sensually delightful way, no, Eliza was competing to ensure that she won and with grace and poise. She elegantly moved her arms outwards after landing on Tomas, as if she had not a care in the world where she landed and simply balanced herself perfectly. The dancing passion heard the adoration of the crowd, oh if only they could throw roses at her feet.

As it was however she glanced down at Tomas there, not with small disdain like her usual male foes. But rather a more polite look, since he had operated as a landing mat for her gymnastics Eliza figured she should indulge herself further. "Ready yourself sir." Eliza said formally, her legs moving to stand off from Tomas's chest and rest at either side of his head. However her legs were going opposite ways, left stood where right would have and vice versa.

Eliza then bent down to grab Tomas's arms and yank them upwards as she stood upright again, while making to wrap her entwined legs around his neck and start to constrict Tomas's breathing. She was criss crossing her ankles and letting them act as a noose from which she might hang her opponent from just by lifting him upwards into her leggy prison!

For a trained fighter, getting hit is an integral part of their career, encompassing many sensations and adaptations. Physically, it involves pain, conditioning, and cumulative damage. Mentally, it requires resilience, fear management, and strategic thinking. Emotionally, it can affect confidence and lead to long-term psychological effects. Over time, fighters learn to endure, adapt, and strategically respond to getting hit, making it a multifaceted experience shaped by both immediate and long-term consequences.

And while Tomás was tougher than most, the human body still had its limits. Pain tolerance, adrenaline rush and conditioning don’t matter when you take all this cumulative damage in a match. Eliza may not look much, but she hits just as hard as the sparring partners Tomás seen back in Portugal.

He never saw the appeal of being “stepped on”. If it’s like this, then he’d rather avoid it. However, in this case, he cannot and the British Aristocrat took advantage of his compromised position. Of course, Eliza had to pose afterwards. Guess they have to play for the crowds here.

Eliza lifted the Portuguese Pugilist’s arms, which felt heavy after most of the air escaped his body after the stomp. Except that she wasn’t looking to assist him in lifting him to his feet, but her ankles were placed on both sides of his jugular. At first, he didn’t understand what was happening until she began to yank and tense up.

Tomás can admit to not knowing much about wrestling before, but even a brief minute of watching wouldn’t be able to understand what to do in this. Her dainty-stocking-clad feet constricted his neck, all the meanwhile his arms felt like they were pulling from the sockets. The burning sensation around his arms as they flexed, legs kicked and flailed about. His Muay Thai boxer shorts strained, fabric tenting up suspiciously. Tomás could barely get a word out after the stomp, but he found trouble getting a breath in, let alone talking.

The crowd was roaring in applause for this display from the dancing passion, Eliza's submission game was second to her striking game certainly however she could make any foe suffer thanks to her powerful thighs. Eliza would allow those in attendance to witness her prowess in this hold that she had locked Tomas into, truth be told she hadn't performed this move before.......

This was more of a spur of the moment hold yet it suited the dancing passion naturally, like a glove almost. Perhaps Eliza might add this to her arsenal of signature moves in the future, for now however Eliza would be ensuring that her opponent was going to be feeling the pressure in this hold.

"I have you now." Eliza said, stating the situation to the no doubt delirious Tomas in a way that simply commanded respect. Her regal nature on full display as she simply continued to crank the hold for all it it was worth, it remained on the onus of her opponent to see if this move would be broken or not. For Eliza was content to pursue this endeavour here, she simply glanced down at Tomas as the ref moved to check on him as she heard the cheers and adulation of those in attendance who believed in the supremacy of the dancing passion!

Such peculiar offense has since been his downfall thus far in the match. By now, Tomás has already understood that she’s not the most conventional fighter. With the way the crowd roared in approval, it was clear why she seemed to be a fan favorite. Possibly even more so back in her home country.

Even still, it didn’t do much to counter it or even fight against it. So far, Tomás has had some moments where his Muay Thai could shine, but the blonde’s unorthodox fighting style would counter them. And now there’s this hold, which he still doesn’t know what it’s called. Either it’s a finisher that is among Eliza’s arsenal or this was just made on the fly.

Regardless, Tomás was feeling the effects, the sockets of his shoulders burning and pulled, while her feet choked him to the point oxygen was hard to come across. He needed to find a way to escape. The Dancing Passion seemed content to keep this hold for as long as she pleased.

An unconventional escape is needed. Tomás would try to yank Eliza, using her grip against her, seeking to topple her backwards. Should that work, the Nak Muay sought to kick his leg up, aiming a swinging kick towards the back of the head. Normal rules would discourage that, but this wasn’t a normal match.

Eliza would admit that she might in future adapt this hold proper in future, it suited her approach to combat quite well and the crowd loved seeing her choke out her opponent. The dancing passion would bare a confident smirk as she felt the opponent start to clearly waver here in the hold, perhaps it was due to all that heavy attacks that Eliza had put Tomas through that tested even his clearly well made frame. Still if his lights were to be snuffed out in this hold then Eliza could be content in this regard.

Still a foe could always be a wily customer even on the verge of defeat, someone like Tomas was no different in this regard it would seem and perhaps Eliza had become just a bit too complacent. The next thing the British aristocrat knew she was being sent forwards there and......something smacked into her head there, Eliza gave a loud "Guack!"

And then she slumped into the mat there with a heavy thud, Eliza's ears rang hard and her vision blurred. She wasn't KO'd, however Eliza was left reeling from that sudden delivering of a surprise strike. Now all the British aristocrat could think was just, well nothing as her router just got reset.....

Considering the kind of offence that Tomás must deal with, he had to think of something to get out of this. The man was struggling and if left for a few more seconds, he would have been out like a light. It took time, but he eventually went with this maneuver. One that took a bit out of him, but it was either that or fall into unconsciousness. And he’d rather not have his debut lost so quickly.

Tomás prepared himself and went for it. And thankfully, his gambit paid off. Eliza would fall like a sack of potatoes, clearly have done a number on the woman. For as powerful as Eliza’s kicks were, she sure is as delicate as she seems. Tomás didn’t think too much about it, coughing and spluttering as he finally found air to breathe into his lungs.

Though with his newfound freedom, what can he do now? Tomás looked around. The crowd kept making noise, and he found himself confused about what to do. He’d soon remember that this was a wrestling match, and he had to pin the British Aristocrat. Though this would be the first time he’d have done this.

Crawling on his knees, clutching his neck as he slumped on top of Eliza, back on her belly, hooking that stocking-clad leg up. And the referee began his count on the mat.

Eliza was well known for facing many a man in the wrestling ring back in the British indies and often seemingly being able to run rings around them and demolish them, however what her fans wouldn't say about her matches was that she could be a tad fragile. Granted she was no wallflower unlike when she first debuted however Eliza's build didn't cater to being delivered a decisive blow, to the back of her noggin in particular at that! She breathed hard and fast as the dancing passion tried to clear the cobwebs in her brain while Tomas moved to take advantage of the fallen British aristocrat.

The dancing passion was moved to be on her back now and Tomas was clearly attempting to go for the pin, a wise choice considering the previous blow and the fact that three seconds was all one needed to win in a wrestling match. Still Eliza's vision was blinded by the lights, the numbing pain in the back of her head transforming into a migraine at the front ironically helping her to get some self awareness. Now Eliza would act. On sheer instinct at that.

Her held leg would yank away from Tomas's grip to try and break the pin, were she successful in her endeavour that very same leg would try to yank forwards once again. However instead of her foe's hands holding it the British lady sought to instead try and cinch Tomas's head and neck with it and her own stomach for an inverted, one legged headscissors attack as Eliza's hands sought to wrap around the leg to attempt to lock it in!

Tomás wasn’t sure if he got it properly, simply laying there while he has Eliza’s leg hooked up. It was a rushed scramble, and it definitely showed. But the Portuguese man figured they can all look like that, only looking at the referee for validation, not the crowd who were just throwing mockery and jeers.

The man cared not for that. Besides, with a blow like that, a pinfall was all he needed. Taking advantage, the referee started the count. There was one. And then the second came. Considering this is his debut, a win here would be immense.

But despite being quite the dainty lady, Eliza proved to be tougher than she looked. Rather than shoving the man off him, the Dancing Passion countered the position that almost made Tomás win the match, breaking up the count. Tomás would find the very leg that he hooked up to come much closer, trapping his throat. “Ghhk!” The ashen-haired man gurgled and choked, trying to alleviate the sudden pressure on his throat as the British Aristocrat trapped him in yet another peculiar move.

The only thing that Tomás could do was try to swing his legs around so that he could find the ropes. It was a tricky affair, made more difficult by how the man realized he was losing air the more seconds passed...
