L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Nora continued to smash her opponent's leg and knee down on the canvas over and over again, repeatedly slamming it until Sunny finally fought back. That swift Enzugiri sent the pink-haired brawler back a bit as she fell to the floor, clutching her jaw. Nora had to count her lucky stars that she moved her head back a little. Had that kick connected with her temple, she would've been nearly out like a light. Still, the jaw pain wasn't doing her any favors. She grunts and coughs, taking a moment to recover as quickly as possible...at least she knew that Sunny's leg would be hurting. At the very least, the 'Breezy Blonde' would be recoiling in pain after Nora dished out all that damage.

Sunny managed to use some quick maneuvering to break out of her predicament. With a swing of her hips, she threw the enziguiri at the right moment to crack her attacker on the skull. Landing back on her front, she hissed out as she held onto her hurt knee, shaking her head as she grabbed back hold of the ropes, starting to pull herself up as she looked at Nora as she lay on the mat. "Babe... You got serious issues," said Soule, trying to shake out her leg as she huffed out a small groan. Her knee hurt, but it wouldn't be anything she couldn't manage. She just needed to deal with that pain. It would definitely slow her down more though, and anything she tried using her legs would probably end up hurting more.

But oh well.

She'd deal with that when it came. Even in this predicament, Sunny Soule never felt it was worth worrying about until it was pertinent. She limped over to Bowers now though, blowing out a big breath of air from her cheeks. "But like, I'm not helping you with those issues today," said Soule. She braced herself as she stood over Nora, lifting her hurt leg and then crouching down on her good one. Then, she would hop up, turning her back to Nora entirely before spring up and back, twirling through the air with a a corkscrew moonsault, aiming to land atop Nora Bowers and follow up on the good hit she got on her stronger opponent!

Nora was still feeling a little dazed after that kick, but after a few seconds of rest, she began to feel stable. Soon enough, after a bit of time, she was good to go. Given that Sunny was recoiling and limping from the pain in her leg, Nora had a prolonged respite. It appeared that her tactic had worked. Sunny was moving far slower now, which gave Nora a potential upper hand. She feigned as if she was still dazed, luring Sunny in close. As the Breezy Blonde attempted to hit her Standing Corkscrew Moonsault, the pink-haired brawler would lift her knees and shins, aiming to give Sunny a less-than-soft landing pad for her stomach to come crashing down on.

Sunny Soule had positioned herself in front of Nora Bowers, getting ready to follow up on her enziguiri. She carefully crouched down before performing a twisting backflip, swirling through the air in an impressive fashion. The landing was less impressive, however, as Nora had managed to recover in time to put her knees up to stop Sunny from landing the maneuver.

Instead, the Breezy Blonde's stomach landed on her knees, causing her to bounce back and off of Nora as she sit back, scooting away as she held her throbbing midsection and took deeper breaths, wincing from the pain of it. She was stopped for now, and she felt more winded from the counter attack as a result.

After canceling her opponent's momentum by having her crash gut-first onto her knees, Nora popped back up with a kip-up, making a beeline toward the staggering Blonde. Now that Sunny was on the back foot suffering from the damage Nora gave her, on top of limping about with a roughed-up knee, Nora took it upon herself to capitalize on the situation. She attempts to grab hold of the Breezy Blonde before she can properly fight back, aiming to hook an arm around her neck and lift her into the air, hoisting her up, prepared to bring her back down face-first onto the rough canvas with an Elevated DDT!!!
