It means that Aphrodite and Hathor can participate. They just need to complete 4 qualifier matches and then get a match for the Apex Event. If that's confusing, I apologize. I can try to message you on discord and explain it step by step if that'd be easier.

Similarly, if you finish this match before entering her, Da Xia can be in UnLAWful rather than LAW Abiders:
