Attack on Avatar - Mikasa vs Korra

The two women punched each other in the face rocking them both backwards. Korra took the defensive approach while Mikasa went on the offensive immediately.
Korra sent a slashing left kick meant to take Mikasa's head off her shoulders but the latter ducked just under it.
Korra went along with the momentum and continued turning her body in full circle before sending a straight left punch a bit lower, aiming for Mikasa's face again, but the latter just evaded it by pivoting slightly to the side and basically tackling the avatar.
"Gghhk..." Korra tried to hold her opponent back, skidding through the floor, but she got lifted up and was being carried toward a wall behind her.

Mikasa probably wanted to pancake Korra against the wall, but the buff avatar had other ideas. Just before reaching the wall, Korra would reach her legs backwards and the moment they touch the wall, Korra would run backwards and make a backwards vault over Mikasa while holding her hands firmly on Mikasa's sides.

Korra would land behind Mikasa, both facing away from each other.
With Korra still having her hands on Mikasa, Korra would lean forward and throw Mikasa over her back, a few meters in front of her.

In spite of them punching each other simultaneously, Mikasa's inner fire didn't fizzling out and instead igniting . Her body being weaponised into a battering ram but not a mindless beast, ducking underneath a kick and yet another punch. Korra had no other tricks to prevent herself being carried across the room. They were already outside the ring, so taking their scuffle to another room was only a minor step, that is if Korra could stand up after forming a hole in the wall.

Just before the collision was about to proceed, Mikasa didn't notice her opponent's legs movements in time allowing the Avatar to avoid injury and escape from her grasp. "How did..." Just as she was about to turn around, the young soldier realised that their bodies were still connected, leading to Korra tossing her over for a special suplex.

"(No...no)" Mikasa soared over the tanned girl's back and about to fall on her neck. Desperate to avoid an abrupt knockout, she suddenly thrusted her legs upwards, resulting in a backflip so Mikasa would land on her feet uninjured. Still hungry for another clash, slightly bending her knee, she hoped to take revenge by swinging a leg for an attempted roundhouse kick.

It felt like Korra just could not get rid of Mikasa. Korra punched her, she came at Korra immediately. Korra threw her, she immediately went to kick Korra.
"You sure are... Uuhk!" Korra was interrupted by the incoming kick, but she countered by mirroring the move. Their ankles and shins clashed at head's height, cancelling each other out. "Persistent... Hhnngk!" Korra finished before turning some more to the side as well as her raised foot before forcing it towards the ground, trying to overpower and neutralise it.
If it worked, Korra would follow up with a roundhouse kick of her own.

Korra was correct about Mikasa being relentless despite throwing everything in her wake. Somehow avoiding harm from the suplex only to throw a roundhouse kick literally seconds later. However the soldier wasn't the only flexible fighter around since the roundhouse kick was also parried by the Avatar's next counter attack. "Hnnngk...That determined are you..." Their ankles clashed together like blades in a desperate power struggle. Who was going to cave first?

Mikasa had a similar idea of trying to hook their ankles and shove them to the ground, but her opponent was the first to take initiative, slowing taking control of the clash. If a backup plan wasn't ready, she might find herself immediately victim to a barrage of strikes. Trying to ride the momentum like she would in the air as soon as the kick clash ended, Mikasa would spin around to attempt a legsweep, hoping to interrupt the roundhouse kick in time.

After winning the clash of legs, Korra literally spun into a counterattack with a roundhouse kick. However, Mikasa's head was nowhere to be found where it was supposed to be. And to make things worse, the leg supporting her on the ground got struck and Korra just collapsed back first on the floor. "Ah!" She yelped an laid on the ground for a moment, rubbing the back of her head with her eyes closed.

It almost seemed Mikasa was open to further head injuries upon losing the power struggle. However by using said clash to help form a path, she not only ducked underneath the roundhouse kick but delivered her own counterattack, taking down the mobile fortress with a well timed legsweep. Pulling herself to a crouch temporarily, Mikasa knew she couldn't relax for long. "Nice try...Eyarrghhhhhh!" Rearing her left arm for a downwards cross punch for the laying Korra.

Korra found herself swept off her feet, laying on the floor. A grimace on her face while she rubbed the back of her head.
However, she didn't have time to lay around. She heard movent and felt little vibrations on the ground. It forced her to quickly open her eyes and what she saw was a fist about to crash down on her.
"!!!" The avatar's reflexes kicked in just in time to roll to the side and stop on one knee.
"If you wanna play like this..!" Korra commented before pushing herself to her feet and dashing for the slayer immediately. Korra would try to deliver a straight punch to Mikasa's abs aided with the momentum of the dash. "Huah!"

The cards were in Mikasa's favour once again, so she didn't want to waste this opportunity of beating down on a fallen foe at all. She couldn't sneak up on this particular beast from behind and therefore resorted to a full frontal assault. Her forceful efforts were heard, resulting Korra dodging in time much to the other fighter's dismay. Instead there was another dent in the floor after Mikasa's fist made contact, temporarily trapping it.

"Hrghhh..." Growling in frustration as her opponent slipped away from harm once again. It only took a simple tug to free her hand. By the time she adjusted herself back to a combat stance, Korra already have advanced on her. "Aghhhhhh!" The punch hit her like a horse, forcing the soldier to stagger back thanks to the momentum. This wouldn't halt Mikasa for long, abs still withstanding. She tried to put the Avatar on edge by throwing a quick right armed jab to the stomach area.

Korra rushed towards Mikasa and delivered a strong blow to her abs with a loud 'clap' sound.
It made Mikasa stagger a little, but for the most part she withstood it.
Korra wasn't going to wait for an invitation and prepared to deliver another punch, but before she could, the titan slayer retaliated with a punch to Korra's abs. "Ughh... I thought you had more in those muscles! Hugh!" Korra would exclaim while taking a step forward and throwing a punch of her own in the same place as before as if to prove a point. Korra would even wait on purpose with her abs tensed to punch her back before throwing an uppercut into Mikasa's abs.

The ab shot proved to be a diversion even if no apparent wound, but that might be enough for Korra to double down on her. Therefore Mikasa closed the distance once more and finally took a strike at Korra's abs, but it didn't keep the bender down for long.

She became further infuriated by her strength being mocked, unable to tell if it was a bluff or not. Before she could return to preferred formation, her defences were once again put to the test. "Aghhhhhhhh!" The uppercut was enough to make Mikasa briefly jump up. A burning feeling in her stomach produced by sheer raw might, forcing the soldier to crouch down and noticably shaking. Was it time for her to call surrender?

Her head turned revealing a furious yet strained expression. Backing down wasn't in her vocabulary, especially when it came to defending what she valued. Turning her core muscles, Mikasa swung her arm in a horizontal arc hoping to land a hook against Korra's chest.
