When Lightning Strikes: Finlay Zeffer vs Raika

”Ugh...” He grunted in a groggy tone while rubbing the back of his head from the impact. “I’m gonna make you pay for th- Agh!” Before he could finish Raika was upon him, slamming a knee into his face and forcing his head back into the steel steps with even more force than before. “Ugh...” He groaned out completely stunned from that hit and not able to do much as he attempt to clesr the stars from his eyes.

"Hurts doesn't it you fucking blonde bitch..." yelling at her opponent much to the boos of the fans, who in turn receive a middle finger from the angry woman. Grabbing Finlay by his locks of hair, and slams him one more time into the steel steps, just for good measure and cause it makes Raika feel better. Before she rolls into the ring even doing a small taunt by blowing him an kiss, "Too much blondy want me to kick your teeth out to make it feel better."

”Ugh... fuck yo- Agh!” He was about to say in response to Raika’s yowling, only to be met with his skull being bashed into the steps once again making him cry out in pain before slumping forward. Groaning as he held his head he wondered where he was for a second before shaking his head to regain his bearings. Hearing the count if the ref though he knew he couldn’t delay, instead he quickly grabbed hold of the bottom rope and used it to haul himself up and under the bottom ropes, securing his continuation in the match if he was able to do so.

Deciding to throw caution into the wind, and going for a very high risk/high reward move as soon as Finlay slid back into the ring. Waiting for that right moment to strike which is now. Raika runs towards the ropes, and does a hand stand showing off her balance and skill by bouncing off the ropes and going for her finisher the Denkō Enzuigiri where she jumps and aims for a kick to Finlay head hoping to knock him out cold.

Finlay groaned as he managed to get back into the ring succesfully, but he knew his opponet wasn’t dumb enough to allow him to do so without something in mind. After all she was the sort that wouldn’t hesitate to attack someone while they were down. Sure enough as he looked up he did so just in time to see Raika midair, her foot arching towards him. Acting on his honed reflexes, Finlay would roll to the side, allowing for Raika’s own move to damage her. If he was successful he would stand up and immediately turn running at the ropes. Bounding off them he would send himself flying back at Raika, who regardless of if she was sitting up or standing, he would drop down into a slide, intending to crash his feet into Raika’s ribs with a baseball slide dropkick.

Raika finishing move misses due to Finlay moving at the last minute making her crash into the mat, her eyes off of her opponent as she stumbles slowly to get to her feet. Before she gets the chance to get to her knees, her opponent feet slams back into her ribs sending the woman back out of the ring to the outside again "Aughhh" groaning holding her chest and ribs, that is throbbing in pain from the move.

Finlay got up, wincing a bit from the lingering pain in his skull from Raika’s outside the ring attack. But he wasn’t one to allow such a thing to keep him down. Not when he had a perfect opportunity staring him in the face. Getting up he would run forward and leap up, clear over the ropes and turning midair as he angled himself to descend upon Raika with a full shooting star press!

Raika on the outside still holding her stomach area from the earlier drop kick, rolling over onto her back not knowing that she made herself the prefect target. "UGHHHHHHHH" as spit is coughed up from her mouth, her legs and arms shoot up into the air from the press landing directly on her stomach all of the air leaving her body as she coughs in pain.

As Finlay through the air he looked down at his opponet as he rapidly descended. Noting that the blonde had rolled over onto her back, he silently smirked, knowing that this would only make the incoming impact all the more effective. Sure enough within seconds of that thought he made contact and his opponet released a resounding gasp of pain.

Rolling over after making impact he looked down at the girl’s face and took some silent satisfaction at her look of pure and breathless pain. But he wasn’t done yet. Reaching down he’d grab a hand full of her hair and go to lift the woman up to her feet. ”This is for the steps.” He ground as he turned and went to throw Raika headlong into the barricade with resounding speed and force.

Raika weakly kicks the mat with her feet, it feels like her lungs are trying to come out of her mouth from that press move, as she is holding onto her stomach tightly trying to hold it all in. More upset at herself for letting this happen to her, and against this Flakey asshole of all people to get the jump on her like this.

"AHHHH You fucking Bastard.." Raika screams out after being yanked to her feet by her hair, glaring up at Finlay as he says something to her before throwing her head first into the barricade. UGHHH" as she leans down slamming head first into the padded barricade before slumping to the mat.
