Celebrating Our Successes (For Bare)

Sanae was already in a panic over the thought of compromising her budding relationship with Lyra if the news of her drunken antics got out, and even if Alizeh was doing her best to try and calm her down, it did little to help. In fact, Sanae was in such a frenzy that even as she tried to pull away, she couldn't center her balance - it didn't help that, even if she'd begun to get her wits about her, she was still tipsy when it came to her physical stability. Objects at the corners of her vision seemed blurry and indistinct, and she couldn't quite tell how near or far they were. Even the surface of she was on felt like it wavered back and forth. All this was to say, when Sanae pushed herself away from Alizeh, her balance wavered, and a moment later she fell forward against the middleweight's body - just enough to knock her off the stool she was seated at, taking them both down!

Toppling into the sand, Sanae's face planted directly in Alizeh's chest. For a moment, she could feel the soft embrace of the girl's cleavage brushing up gently against her cheeks. She could feel the contours of Alizeh's barely-clad body against her own, and the warm, ticklish sensation that came wherever their bare skin brushed together. It sent a tingle along Sanae's spine, leaving her shivering, and her heart quickened in her chest...though it was only a moment later that she realized just where she was, and her cheeks lit up with a vivid blush that Alizeh could no doubt feel against her chest!

"GAAH-!!" Her eyes wide in shock and her face flushed, Sanae jerked back upright, rising to a seated position atop Alizeh's stomach. "I swear, I SWEAR I didn't mean that-!!" But the display had garnered its fair share of cheers, laughs, and wolf-whistles, as Sanae and Alizeh's fellow beach-goers began to move a little closer to the scene. The fact that Sanae had taken position on top of Alizeh, looking as though she was trying to pin the same woman she had faced to enter Apex, wasn't lost on many. But still others couldn't help but notice the suggestive nature of the positions they'd assumed...

Surprisingly enough, out of everything, Sanae accidentally falling into Alizeh and knocking her off the stool while the girl's face landed in her chest was surprisingly the adrenaline shot she needed. Looking up with a dazed but, significantly clearer expression on her face she would look up and see Sanae wasn't doing any better in terms of her freaking out. Hell if anything the compromised position they had landed in only made it even worse for her and it was clear with how she was reacting in a panic, all as a result of the crowd looking and gossipping, no doubt taking this out of context which was not good at all. Thinking faster and clearer than she was a minute ago Alizeh would sit up... and suddenly push Sanae off of her!

"Haha... nice try Sanae! But just cause I agreed to a spar doesn't mean you can take a head start like that!" Alizeh said, still slurring a bit but less than before and much more coherent as she got up and held a hand down to help her up, but really it was just so her face could be a little closer to Sanae would hear what she had to say next, and only Sanae. "Uh.. know this may not be besh but... better than nothing. And can help you relax a bit." Alizeh whispered out to Sanae, hoping the easy explanation and chance to quite literally work through these complex emotions would help calm her down!

In that moment, Sanae had frozen in place. All her muscles had gone rigid, and her face lit up with a vivid blush as she found herself parked solidly on top of Alizeh, her face buried in her chest. Even after the lightweight pushed herself back up, that blush had far from abated, and her heart was racing in her chest - she knew well that every eye on the beach was turned toward her, and she could feel their gazes lingering on her. She'd tried to get away from Alizeh in fear that the spectacle of the two of them involved in an amorous embrace would cause a scandal, but now, her efforts to escape had only drawn even more attention to the two of them, and landed them in an even more provocative position. Her plan had backfired!

Even when Alizeh saw fit to try and salvage the situation herself, her explanation did little to soothe Sanae's fears. "H-Huuuh..!?" she gasped, continuing in a softer voice when she realized that doing so would draw too much attention to herself. However, when Alizeh whispered a few more words to her a moment later, everything made sense. Alizeh was looking to give her an excuse for how they had ended up in this position, and maybe take her mind off of things. "Oh-! Oh..." She breathed a short sigh of relief at the thought. It wasn't without a pause. Alizeh's plans were...definitely unusual, and she bit her lip at the thought. She had come here to relax, after all, and she hadn't expected to throw herself back into the fray so quickly. Nevertheless, Sanae soon cleared her throat. She realized there were no other options, and everyone was already staring. If that was what Alizeh wanted...she would just need to follow suit!

"Alright, alright..." Sanae shouted out, trying her best to sound more confident than she actually was. "...buuuuut, er, I won't go easy on you just because we're friends, okay?" Pushing herself off of Alizeh, she hopped back, landing with her feet in the sand as she raised her fists and bent at the knees to sink into a stance. There, she watched Alizeh closely, gauging any motions she might make. She wasn't exactly ready for this - but she would be as ready as she could be, at least! If she was going to make strides in the wrestling world, then she had to show she was prepared for anything!

Well this had turned into a right proper mess now hadn't it? Alizeh really didn't know how things had spiralled as hard as they had, but that's what always ran the risk of happening when strong alcohol was added to an equation. Now it seemed like not only had a scene been caused but Sanae was beyond flustered and freaked. Now while it not may have been much, Alizeh at least had the partial idea of trying to take attention off of the situation by painting it as a impromptu spar. Plus not to mention it would give Sanae a chance to just... let things out.

Luckily despite some apparent hesitation Sanae was seemingly willing to go with the idea and assumed a stance. Pushing herself up to her feet as well and dusting the sand off of herself before standing at attention and looking Sanae in the eyes. Honestly she was sitll pretty buzzed and while she had a bit more clarity her vision was still kind of warbly and unfocused. Really she didn't know how well she'd do here, but in a weird way she was also kind of excited, Sanae was always fun to fight and even if this one started on the worst possible note it could still end up fun.

Doing her best to focus on Sanae and think of a game plan she would nod at Sanae's words. "Sa-Same here Shane." Alizeh said still slurring a bit as she began to circle Sanae in the sand, the other beach goers now forming a loose, wide circle around the two as they began cheering and hollering in anticipation for this random brawl! Alizeh's uneven and near stumbling foot steps however made it clear she wasn't as composed and measured as she normally was. Even so she would dart forward, trying to start things off with Sanae as they had many times before with a lock up, trying to grapple with the other green haired girl!

Sanae was most definitely not prepared for this. She'd gone on this trip expecting it to be a respite from the hectic pace of her job - a chance to kick back, relax, and not have to worry about anything, enjoying some well-deserved relief after a couple of matches that had put her physical and mental limits to the test. To launch herself into a match here and now seemed like exactly the sort of thing she needed to get away from - and that would be no good if she needed to recuperate before heading back to the hustle and bustle of balancing her wrestling schedule with her concert tours. Furthermore, although she would be far from the first member of the LAW roster to wrestle in a bikini, her current attire didn't have the support that her ring gear did, even if those outfits were supposed to look good just as much as they were to support her in the ring. But none of that mattered right now. Sanae needed something to take her mind off the rollercoaster of emotions she'd just been on - and besides, their antics were starting to draw a crowd. Being the natural crowd-pleaser she was, Sanae knew she couldn't disappoint. If people were watching her, she had to send them home happy. That was a chellenge she was willing to live up to!

Her eyes narrowing in a stern look of defiance, Sanae bent over at the waist and thrust her arms out behind her. There was no hesitation in her stance - she was tense and ready to strike at a moment's notice. Alizeh came rushing toward her - but then, so would she come at her. The two girls quickly closed the distance on each other, with Alizeh moving into grappling range. But while Alizeh was still coming out of her stupor, Sanae had been shaken back to her senses by the shock she'd received - and she was just a little more lucid. Even if it was only slightly, it was enough! She would be able to think quickly enough to act fast, and before Alizeh could grab her, she would try to cut her off by kicking her knee up into the air, striking for her opponent's gut!

This was absolutely not how Alizeh had seen her big day on the beach going. Drinks? Sure. Fun? Sure. Running into a friend and chilling? Unexpected but absolutely. Drunkenly making out and making a scene so they now had to wrestle to explain it while calming said friend down? Absolutely not a thought she ever began to think of. It was happening though and there just wasn't much Alizeh could do about it one way or the other, all she could do was roll with it and make the most of the situation. After all, if nothing else, fighting Sanae was always pretty fun, and in bikinis?

Even more so, on top of being hot as hell. Unfortunately Alizeh was definitely still feeling the effects of the alcohol and as she moved in on her fellow greenette was too slow to recognize Sanae's movement as she suddenly found a knee burying into her stomach, immediately making Alizeh's eyes go wide as she was forced to back off for a moment, holding her stomach in pain before gritting her teeth and darting back towards Saane, this time raising a arm up to try and go for a clothesline on the girl!

Sanae hadn't expected any of this either. Between the excitement of two hard-fought Apex victories, and the alcohol catching up to them faster than either of the two girls had been prepared for, she had quickly gotten in way over her head. But it was too late to turn back now. Alizeh had issued an impromptu challenge, all in the name of distracting Sanae enough for her to get her bearings, but it was a challenge nonetheless - and Sanae was taking her career as a wrestler seriously enough to know that if someone issued a challenge, she was going to have to live up to it and do it justice, no matter what. Alizeh knew that, and she knew that well enough to understand that this would help take Sanae's mind off the commotion. Sure enough, Sanae was ready to throw herself back into the fray!

She might have been forced to think on her feet, but she had also sobered up quickly from the shock - and when Alizeh's head was still lost in a haze, that meant the lightweight was one step ahead. Her knee swung upward and buried itself in Alizeh's bare midsection, forcing her to double over! As her foot came back down, Sanae settled into a stance, raising her fists as a grin spread over her face. This wasn't going to be so bad after all, she thought. She was already getting the hang of it. Already, she felt like she was back in the ring, like this was any other match!

But Alizeh was going to put that readiness to the test - when, just seconds later, she came barreling back toward Sanae, her arm raised to ram into her with a clothesline! Sanae let out a gasp - when Alizeh still seemed at least a little bit drunk, she wasn't counting on her to be able to make such a quick recovery. She had to think fast! But she was ready to do that - and as Alizeh came into range, she thrust her hands out in front of her, trying to grab onto her opponent's arm to block the impact. If she was successful, Sanae would pull back on that arm to transition into an arm drag, trying to unsettle Alizeh's balance!

Alizeh had most definitely not signed up for or necessarily wanted to do a match. Sure if it came up organically or if something was in it for her, she might have been down. This suddenly and explosively? Well lets just say if it wasn't to help Sanae out of the hole they had dug themselves into than she wouldn't be doing this. Really the fact it was working in acting as an excuse for her and distracting the people around them seemed to be the only positive aspect of it. At least for her at least since her alcohol addled mind was significantly holding her back right now.

Case in point after getting positively drilled by a knee from Sanae that forced her backwards Alizeh's first instinct normally would have been to regroup and circle Sanae. In her current drunken mindset though? She instead focused on trying to press her attack, rushing at Sanae and it proved to be another mistake as Sanae read the movement and managed to grab Alizeh's arm as she neared before pulling her off her feet and down to the sand for a sudden arm drag that threw Alizeh's world into a loop for a moment!

Unfortunately it left Alizeh in a pretty bad predicament as she sat up from the sand. That sudden drop through the air had caused a bit of sensory overload for her and made everything appear like it was spinning around and fuzzy, both from the impact and movement. As such sitting up was about the most she could manage to do right now, leaving her totally vulnerable to whatever Sanae may try next on her!

It might have started at the drop of a hat, but Sanae knew what she needed to do - and it didn't take long before she had whipped herself into working order. There was one thing that had driven Sanae from the very beginning of her career. One thing she held in her heart, and that she could never forget. It had carried her through her Apex run, and it was still just as important now. No matter what she needed to do, no matter the challenge ahead of her, Sanae needed to give it her all. She knew she had all her fans counting on her, and she needed to shine her brightest at every moment to prove she was every bit worthy of their praise. No matter where she found herself, she needed to put her best face forward - just in case she had a loyal fan watching, she needed to do right by them! Now that she had kickstarted her idol career, and now that she had come off an exhilarating Apex victory, Sanae had gone further in her career than ever before, achieving all her dreams of fame and fortune - but she still wasn't going to let go of her principles, not when they'd gotten her this far. And even if Alizeh had kicked off this match without any warning, it didn't matter. Sanae had to strive for success, just like every other time she got in the ring!

And when Sanae grabbed Alizeh by the arm and swung her body to the side, the momentum with which she moved proved just enough to pull the middleweight clear off her feet, sending her wiping out into the sand below! A cloud of sand was kicked up under the impact, but it did little to hide the spectacle of Sanae's cunning counter, which sent up a cheer from several bystanders. That told Sanae she was doing something right - that she was rising to the challenge! The thought of it alone was enough to send her heart racing, as she looked up with a smile on her face from the adrenaline rush that could only come from a job well done. And now that Sanae knew she was on to something, she wasn't about to stop there!

She still had Alizeh's arm in her grasp - and while she had everyone watching her, and the thrill of victory running through her veins, she might as well go for an encore. Falling to her knees, Sanae went to yank Alizeh's arm around and behind her back, attempting to pin it right between her shoulderblades with a hammerlock!

"Don't forget I've been working on my submissions!" Sanae chirped, prouder than ever of her success. Alizeh knew just as well that she had needed to hone her technical expertise to succeed against Minami. And now, she was ready to give Alizeh a reminder of that fact!

Match having started at the drop of a hat Alizeh was far from what you'd call... prepared right now for what was happening. Especially given she was only now starting to shake off the effects of the alcohol in her system. Significantly behind Sanae in that department. As a result she had been ragdolled by the smaller woman for the early part of this 'match.' Even her attempt at a pretty straight forward forearm strike was answered by a brutal arm drag counter by Sanae.

Well, the arm drag itself wasn't too brutal, but the follow up hammerlock, twisting the greenette's arm back behind her back rather painfully, forcing her to cry out in pain! "Agh!" Alizeh groaned, kicking her legs against the sand while squirming and twisting underneath Sanae's control.

However, whether it was the hot sand digging into her face, or the pain of the hold, or just the pure fighting spirit starting to burn up from within, Alizeh found the traces of her drunken state starting to dissipate as her ability to focus returned to her once more. "Grrrrr..." Pained groans turned to growls of determination as she punched the sand with her free hand and started to lift herself up.

If she got up high enough she would try and turn under Sanae in a bid to untwist her arm from the clutches of Sanae before, if successful, using said caught limb to pull Sanae into the sand! Wanting to capitalize if she managed this then Alizeh would dive forward, wrapping her arms around the waist of Sanae as she did so before rolling over, trying to pull the idol with her as she did so before standing up with Sanae in her grasp, before trying to arch her back and fling Sanae over her with a german suplex!
