Casey went for her slick pinfall again, rolling Scarlett over and onto her shoulders as she held onto those legs, hoping to get the pinfall. However, momentum was on her opponent's side as she shifted her weight, actually surprising the lazy fighter as they rolled once more, reversing their position.

"ONE!"

Casey kicked out and then rolled back to a kneeling position, rolling her head around and looking put off by the attempted pin by Scarlett. "Whyyyyyyyy?" exclaimed Kiernan simply. Why couldn't this match be over? Why was she trying so hard? Why was she even forced to wrestle tonight? Why does LAW have such good coffee? Multiple questions that ran through her head at once.

Still, Casey would spring to her feet again and then attempt to catch Blaze as she got up, ducking down to go for a rear waist lock. She could attempt another surprise from that position if she could get there. She just needed to catch Scarlett by surprise once to end their already short match with relatively low impact so far.

Scarlett was still far from feeling that she had options in the match given how unorthodox that bout was, but at least she was successful in reversing the rollout pin. Surely Casey would be surprised by this and maybe that was the path to victory. Despite that, the blonde once again showed her strength by breaking the pin just after the one count, which brought a grumble of disappointment from the redhead who was now giving her all in both mind and body. She should be getting better results!

Casey looked in a rush to get something else going, but at that point in the match the interviewer had a handicap applied to her and that was how predictable she was being. Once again expected Scarlett a quick, surprising move aimed to get a quick pin going and ending the match in a sudden manner and again she was right. When she noticed her rival going for a rear waistlock, Scarlett would wrap one of her arms around Casey’s neck and then she would try to fall on her knees, forcing the bent blonde to go against the mat face first. It wasn’t an orthodox wrestling move but if worked it would surely stop Casey on her tracks.

Casey Kiernan wanted this match over, and the quickest way was with a pin. And while she had managed to get multiple ones applied, it seemed like Scarlett was bracing herself for them now. She just needed that rear waistlock and then she'd have Scarlett right where she wanted her!

That is, until Blaze just decided to be more aggressive in getting Casey to stop. She was suddenly dropped down onto her face. Instantly, the interviewer popped right back to her feet, holding her face on rubber legs, stunned by the sudden brutal move! And her face! Her poor face! Staggering about, Casey let out a loud whine as she held her face with both hands, not able to retaliate just yet.

Scarlett was taken by surprise by how she had managed to make Casey go flat on her face on the mat. She did it, she couldn’t believe it! From there the blonde interviewer got back up, but she was cupping her face and her legs felt wobbly. For the first time Casey looked weakened and open for a move. Scarlett knew she had to take this chance or else. She couldn’t give the blonde any opportunity to recover and mount a comeback, so she was going to keep the pressure going, but how? An idea crossed her mind. Scarlett began running towards the ropes and used them to gain momentum. She was going to get some speed and force going before Casey could recover and welcome her back with a powerful clothesline!

Casey's face was smarting, and she was making sure she wasn't bleeding anymore. If there was another reason to hate wrestling, it was this: who actually gets hurt willingly? What is that? Eventually, Kiernan would turn and then lower her hands, shaking her head clear just in time to see Scarlett running right at her. Briefly, Casey pouted and said, "Don't go so fast..."

And then she was nailed with a clothesline, sending her crashing back onto the mat! The lazy interviewer's body rocked back up from the impact, looking dazed. And then, after lulling for a moment, she toppled right back, arms over her head. That was more of that hurting thing that Casey Kiernan hated. It was all so unnecessary--and yet, Casey had to deal with it now as she was in even more pain, laying there.

At last, after so much time of hardship, of being only capable of reacting to whatever her rivals threw at her, Scarlett was the one throwing the hits. Finally the redhead was starting to find her place in a ring and it was a quite decent feeling. The only thing that Scarlett needed to do to maintain this feeling was to keep the pressure going and she could even have some chance to get the win after all.

Seeing Casey reeling in pain was a promising start for this newfound resolve Scarlett had found. It was the first time the redhead had made advancements towards a win that were actually contrastable and she knew that she just had to keep going with it and not leave Casey any time to recover. Grabbing her rival, Scarlett forced the surely dazed Casey back on her feet before Irish whipping her against a corner, running behind her to try and smash her against the turnbuckle.

The clothesline had given Casey enough whiplash that she was certainly not having fun--less fun than she already was having simply wrestling a match. She would have liked to just keep laying there and rest this off. Just let Scarlett prance about and taunt her for a while as she recovered from the move, and if she were lucky maybe even take a brief nap.

It wasn't meant to be though. Kiernan was soon brought to her feet by Blaze as she pouted, letting out an impudent whine. She was being forced to do stuff again. Scarlett immediately shot Casey off towards one of the corners, and Kiernan was left rushing towards it, turning her back at the last second to avoid hitting sternum-first into the turnbuckle. That still hurt though. The turnbuckle was anything but soft.

And so was Scarlett Blaze, who crushed her with a running splash. Casey's body was smashed, gasping for air as she let her body weight lean against Scarlett, looking pitiful. "Ow... Okay... You made your point..." remarked Kiernan, in enough pain to not act or even be able to shove Scarlett away from her currently. All she could do was keep her body resting against Scarlett's praying that she would give her a break.

Scarlett was starting to feel the rush of adrenaline that came with her having the initiative on that match. It looked like after all the hardships she had to endure finally the redhead had found her place in the ring and her rival was at least trying to give her a match. Finally Scarlett was home, all her uneasy disappearing as she went hard at Casey.

After sending Casey against the turnbuckle and then mashing her with her own body, it really looked like the blonde was now out of the match. It looked like the only thing Casey wanted was for the match to end, but now in a pretty different way as before. That gave Scarlett a fun idea. “You know, if you really want this to be over you can be a total babe and just lay there for about ten seconds.” Scarlett used Casey’s own words against her just before going for a snapmare that would get her blonde rival on the middle of the ring and dazed while lying on the mat.

From there Scarlett had her destination clear. She would slowly but surely climb on top of the turnbuckle, making sure her footing was right before making any move, a little insecure, before being set up and then taking flight in an attempt to land on top of Casey on a body splash.

Casey was certainly hating how this match was going now that she wasn't constantly trying to end it. Scarlett Blaze had smashed her into that corner and left her sore and battered. Then, she heard her opponent's taunt, saying the same thing that Kiernan said early in the match and let out a whine. The snapmare came after sending Casey rocking to the mat, sitting up briefly before saying, "These situations are very different..." She pouted and then fell back, wincing as she writhed on the mat, holding the back of her head.

Although laying there for a while did seem nice. A good little rest. The mat wasn't terribly uncomfortable--disgusting, sure. It's got girl saliva, sweat, and other things all over it. That's kind of gross--and it was likely in her hair. And... Casey suddenly noticed her peril, seeing Blaze leaping off the top rope. Before she could do anything, Scarlett landed on her with a splash, making Casey yell out loud. "Oooooo-hoo-hoo-hoooooo... No..." said Kiernan as she tried to curl onto her side, catching her breath. That sucked. This girl was way too high impact. She was trying hard now. Nothing about this was good.

Scarlett was really feeling it now. After some initial dismay over how strange that rival of hers was the redhead had found her center and was now working towards a win. She was finally comfortable and not only that, she was also performing in a way that got some of the crowd back on her side. Executing a snapmare was only a setup for her to get Casey on the mat so she would remain still while Scarlett went on the ropes and got her with a flying body spash. Being capable of this in the middle of a match was a great development for Scarlett who just came from a pretty bumpy debut. Now it was her the one dictating the rhythm of the match and Casey the one on the receiving end.

After such a high impact flying move Scarlett knew that it was her chance to capitalize and try secure that win. She didn’t want to gamble with her odds anymore so she would quickly get on top of Casey who was rolling on the mat in pain and would hook one of her legs in a pin. “Come on Casey, be nice and just lay here for a sec.”

“One!”
