Tasha Jackson vs Lauren Fredericks - Rookie & The Vet

Tasha had been pretty well in control of this match, and she wanted to use the headscissor hold as a great way to demonstrate just that! She got to witness the veteran helplessly squirming and kicking her legs in vain, before she actually raised her hands on Tasha's thighs beginning to claw and slap them, which actually was somewhat helpful to the blonde. It made keeping the hold applied more of a nuisance for the Alabaman, and while she didn't want to give up on the scissorhold just yet, she decided to make some adjustments.

Releasing the hold for a moment for Lauren's resistance to cease, The Southern Twister let her opponent pull her head just a bit further away, before once again snatching it between her legs, this time closer to the knees! Tasha was hoping that she could still control Lauren, but suddenly the ref girl came calling for her to release it... When Lauren had adjusted her position, she had managed to settle her other leg onto the bottom rope! Disgruntled, Tasha promptly obeyed the official's orders, releasing her hold and getting back up again. "So, not yet then..."

Watching as Lauren would be getting up close to the ropes, despite of having had to cease her scissorhold, Tasha wasn't about to let the veteran recover. As soon as she'd be up on her two feet again, Tasha would try to charge towards her, and Spear her body against the ropes!

Lauren pulled herself up using the ropes when she heard Tasha rushing right at her. Lauren was in a very bad spot and knew if she didn't make some sort of stand now she was going to get steamrolled. With a scream she kicked her leg up looking to smash the charging Tasha with a bigboot to the face! Thankfully Lauren had the ropes behind her as the force of the charging Tasha would knock Lauren back even if the big boot took Tasha down to the mat! Lauren would grab on to the ropes and use the time to recover still clearly in bad shape even after preventing herself from being speared.

Tasha was running on high energy, having been rather well in control of Lauren in this match, and the amount of adrenaline in her veins seemed to only be increasing as she was keen to score another victory to her record. She did not want to waste her momentum at all or let Lauren get back into this match, and for those reasons, the Southern Twister decided to quickly try to push her experienced opponent to the ropes with a Spear!

It all seemed like a good idea - until Lauren's boot suddenly kicked up. Tasha had no way to stop in time, and had to take the boot directly to her face! "AAAGH!" The impact sent the Alabaman crashing onto the mat, where she covered her face with her hands and rolled over to a prone position, momentarily rendered defenseless by the impact. She could only hope that Lauren would also need quite some time to recover now...

Lauren did take a second but when Tasha stayed down she decided to try to fight through her pain and take action. Lauren stomped over to Tasha and kicked her abdomen a few times to keep her stunned before she pulled Tasha up by the hair. Gasping for breath the big less-than-fit Lauren hooked both of Tasha's arms as she attempted to lift Tasha up and send her crashing to the mat with a double underhook suplex!

Tasha's hopes of her opponent needing recovery time after her recent relentless assault were not baseless, but to the rookie's misfortune, the veteran seemed to be gritty enough to fight through her pain, and wise enough to know that this was her big opportunity to alter the course of this match. Thus, much faster than Tasha would have hoped for, she could see Lauren's form right beside her, before receiving some hard stomps that were sure to curtail the Alabaman's resistance for quite some time!

As a result, it became easy for Lauren to execute her planned course of action. Tasha was a bit slow to get up even when the blonde was pulling her by her hair, but once the veteran got the double underhook suplex set up, the Southern Twister took much faster to the skies! Even if it was only to get her back slammed hard against the mat. After the impact, the rookie tried to quickly sit up again, but it was just too much too soon, and her back slumped back into the mat as a result.

Lauren saw Tasha try to sit up, shaking her head in shock but sighed in relief as she slumped back to the mat. "Lets see how much ya like this girl!" Lauren said as she smiled, pulling Tasha up to her feet. Lauren hit a hard body punch to the abdomen, then two hard forearms to the chest before stepping forward to grab Tasha between the legs and around the shoulder. "That was a wham, then a bam, now..... bodyslam!" Lauren said as she tried to scoop Tasha up, spin around and then slam her down as hard as she could to the canvas!

Lauren would flex and strut around the ring after, smiling and nodding to the crowd who were partially cheering her surprise showing and partially cheering Tasha to get back up to her feet!

Tasha really did not want to let go of her momentum, and tried really hard not to let the Double Underhook Suplex to affect her too much, but it was a hopelessly lost cause. The rookie tried to briefly sit up, but had to quickly slump back down to the mat. There was no escaping from the need for recovery time...

Unfortunately, she wasn't getting any. Lauren was apparently feeling powerful, and wasted no time with pulling the Alabaman back onto her feet. Tasha was defenseless against the punch to her abdomen and forearms to her chest, that ensured that she wouldn't be providing any resistance for the veteran's next move... Which turned out to be sending the Southern Twister for a spin of her own with a Bodyslam!

Tasha's situation had turned substantially worse now. Lauren got plenty of time to flex and strut on top of her verbal taunts while performing her move. and the Alabaman rookie was just reeling on the mat. If given plenty of time though, eventually she would be trying to get back up again, and hoping to turn things yet again to her favor... This time by charging towards the ropes, and bouncing off of them, trying to target her blonde opponent and hit her once again with a Spear that had worked so well already before!

Lauren was posing and taunting as maybe 30% of the crowd cheered her but the other 70% were behind the muscular, pretty, younger Tasha! The crowd noise picked up as Lauren turned, hearing the sound of footsteps behind her. She watched Tasha bounce off the ropes and rocket at her giving Lauren just enough time to raise her foot up hoping to halt the charging Tasha with a big boot! Lauren knew if one or two more big moves hit she was done, she had to stay focused otherwise Tasha was going to predictably beat the underdog Lauren!

Tasha was still hurting after Lauren's big moves and her thinking might not have been just as straight as still some time ago, but her determination was still fully in place. She really wanted to get her older opponent back to the mat and reeling, and as fast as possible! And for that purpose the Spear was an intuitive choice, as it has worked already so well moments ago...

Unfortunately, the Southern Twister wasn't as lucky this time around. Lauren managed to notice her coming, and had enough time to react by countering Tasha's move with the Big Boot! It immediately sent Tasha's back slamming to the mat, with the rookie then slowly rolling over on the mat a few times from the pain...eventually taking support from the bottom rope.

Lauren saw Tasha crumple to the mat and she gasped for breath herself. The big woman lumbered over to Tasha looking to bend down and grab Tasha around the waist. Lauren tried to pull Tasha back up to her feet before wrapping up Tasha in her grip. Lauren was bending her legs and trying to lift Tasha up to send her crashing back down to the mat with a big backdrop! Lauren had to pile on no matter how much she was hurting and ignoring how tired she was, her lack of toughness and endurance long having been her biggest weaknesses inside the ring.
