It was only then that Ryuji pretended to finally notice that he was choking Arturo with his boot. "Whoops! Sorry, didn't see you down there, buddy!" He laughed. "Here, lemme help you up!"

So saying, Ryuji would grab two handfuls of Arturo's hair and yank him to his feet. If he managed that, then he would waste no time in trying to drive Arturo face-first into the turnbuckle!

Arturo suddenly gasped awake, attracting the attention of Ryuji and the ref. He barely had time to react before he was grabbed by the hair and pulled to his feet. Arturo was then slammed head first into the corner. He cried out in pain, clutched his nose, and recoiled. He then turned and slumped back, propping himself up against the corner.

Ryuji watched with satisfaction as Arturo was now left slumped against the corner, reeling and dazed from having had his skull introduced to the turnbuckle. He didn't let up: turning Arturo around, he would lean in, so that his face was almost level with the Spaniard's...even as he pressed a forearm against his throat and started to choke him.

"By the way," he purred, "your outfit? Fucking awful. You'd think someone billing themselves as a matador would be a bit more colorful, a bit more...exciting."

And with that, before the ref could get on his case, Ryuji would step away from the corner, dragging Arturo with him, before suddenly wrapping his arms around the man's waist and trying to lock him into a tight bear hug! The action caused Arturo's chest to brush up against Ryuji's masked face, of course, but he certainly wasn't complaining...

Ryuji's relentless assault continued! After slamming Arturo's face against the turnbuckle, he pressed his forearm into him and choked him. But that wasn't the worst part. He insulted Arturo's ring gear! His pride hurting almost as much as his head, Arturo was helpless as Ryuji dragged him away from the corner and hoisted him up in a crushing bearhug. Arturo cried out in pain as Ryuji squeezed his waist. Normally Arturo wouldn't mind being pressed against a man of Ryuji's physique, but Skull's hold was punishing and wearing Arturo down. At first, Arturo slumped against Ryuji, he then pushed against Skull's face to jockey for a good angle. Arturo would then try to bring his fists down on Ryuji's shoulder and head like a hammer in order to escape.

Ryuji flexed, squeezing his arms tightly around Arturo's fit chest, grinning as he heard Arturo cry out from the tight squeeze. Admittedly, Ryuji was enjoying the close contact, but not half as much as he was enjoying absolutely wrecking the handsome Spaniard. Just a few more seconds of squeezing and Arturo would no doubt be tapping out.

Instead, however, a hard impact spiked into Ryuji's shoulder as Arturo's fists came slamming down on it. Pain shot through his whole arm, and Ryuji cried out, releasing Arturo as he staggered back. "Bastard!" Ryuji hissed as he staggered away, trying to retaliate with a sudden spin-kick at Arturo's face!

Arturo breathed in some much needed air after breaking free from Ryuji’s crushing bearhug. Proving, once again, that great minds think alike, Arturo also went for a kick. The two men’s kicks struck each other in the face at the same time and they both dropped like sacks of potatoes. Ryuji and Arturo lay there as the crowd chanted.
”HOLY SHIT!
HOLY SHIT!
HOLY SHIT!”

Just as Ryuji went in for a kick, hew saw with surprise that Arturo was doing the exact same thing! The two men's kicks struck home at the same time, and Ryuji's mask vibrated like a drum as the blow sent him crumpling onto his back, dazed by the fierce impact.

"Uhnn...sonova..." Ryuji mumbled as he rolled towards the ropes. Slowly and painfully, he began to try to pull himself up...all the while, sneakily reaching to grab one of the toys he had secretly placed under the ring: a brass knuckle. Sliding over his fingers, Ryuji turned and crawled over to Arturo as he was trying to pick himself up, and tried to deliver hard punch cracking across his forehead!

Arturo saw Ryuji crawling over to him but was powerless to move or get up. Seeing the telltale glint of the brass knuckles, Arturo did the only thing he could do. He turtled up and protected his head with his arms. Ryuji’s initial blow was successfully deflected and the match ending knock out was averted. Arturo’s forearm was on fire and probably would be bruised after the match. Unfortunately, protecting his head meant his body was exposed.

Crawling over towards the downed Arturo, Ryuji swung out with his brass-endowed fist...only for it to smash against Arturo's blocking forearm. Peeved, Ryuji nonetheless knelt over the Spaniard and instead started to punch down everywhere else, targeting his rubs, back, and chest as he wailed down viciously upon his oppoennt. Around them, the crowd was booing a lot more heavily now, outraged at Ryuji's heelish antics.

Eventually, though, the ref got in Ryuji's face and demanded he stop. Annoyed, Ryuji stood back up and backed away, tossing the brass knuckles aside (for now) as he was forced to give Arturo time to recover...

It was do or die for Arturo. And fortunately the ref’s distraction bought him some time. The Spaniard got up to the cheers of the crowd. He walked over to Ryuji and delivered a stiff forearm to the face. Then another. Then another. The crowd cheering more with each blow. After unleashing a flurry of blows on Ryuji, Arturo pulled Ryuji in close chest to chest. He then attempted to fling the Phantom Thief backwards with a belly to belly suplex.
