Getting Stronger (for Bare)

Harmonia waited for Teuila in the gym of the Shadow Fortress. Compared to what Harmonia had access too in her home "The Eagles Nest", it was almost nothing but here she had started out her wrestling career and she felt deeply drawn to this place.

When Teuila arrived Harmonia got up and smiled, having trained with a dumbell which she took back where ahe got it from and then turned to a poster hanging prominently at the entrance to the room.
It was a list with the title:
"Personal Records" and Harmonias name was number 2 after Dana, numbers were written next to her name. 85/187 above it where the words: kg/lbs.

"My record from two months ago.", Harmonia said and looked at Teuilas name that was in the Top Ten too.
"Today I will break it. And you will help me, Teuila-chan. ", she said and pointed to the benchpress were two big weights on each side prominently read: 50kg

Seeing Teuilas face, Harmonia laughed. "Yes, you see correctly. Today I break into three digits territory.", the blonde beauty said and started to stretch. Everyone who knew Harmonia, the famous model, smiling from billboards and walking the runways of the world would have called her crazy. 85 kilos were already impressive for a woman of Harmonias height and weight but 100? That would push things to a whole new level entirely. But the Austrian intended to go the distance and prove herself that her rigorous training and all the sweat, blood and tears were'nt for nothing.

"You have to assist me pleaae, I would trust no one with that except you, Dana, Mara or Toni. I know I am safe when you help me.", the blonde said and put a hand on Teuilas shoulder.
"Will you help me?", she smiled and then got on the benchpress, laid down and got into position, grabbing the barbell, spreading her fingers and shifting her body into place.

Harmonia took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a second.
"Alright...together now...",she said and tried to lift the 100 kgs off the hooks and over the body of Harmonia Edelstein.

When something happened wrong then Harmonia was in real danger of getting seriously hurt or even dying. But the blonde woman just insisted on it and hoped that Teuila would help her without much asking.

Teuila smiled at Harmonia in a friendly and amicable way as she approached the woman from the locker room. She wasn't a stranger to the gym late at night, usually training longer than the other recruits before heading back to the young lioness dorms. But this would be the first time she had ever really worked out with someone else this late at night. Let alone one of her senpais and one of the toughest ones in the gym to boot.

Nonetheless however here she was. Approaching the beautiful blonde with a proud but curious look on her face as she wondered what the woman could need her help with. As she got closer Teuila took notice of the top ten weight lifters board, her own name being there in the top ten, with Harmonia's name only being second to Dana's.

As she approached she also noticed the bench press, with weight already set on it. Eyes widening in realization for what Harmonia meant it didn't take the older woman long to confirm Teuila's suspicions that she was indeed going for the record. 'Wow.' She thought to herself in shock before gulping softly in a nervous kind of excitement as Harmonia placed her hand on her shoulder expressed her trust in her.

"W-Wow thank you Harmonia." She said somewhat awestruck that after just one afternoon Harmonia trusted her this much. It wasn't even about the connections Harmonia could offer for her career going forward now, now Teuila was just glad that she had so much faith in her!

Nodding to the woman as her expression changed from awe and admiration to one of determination she nodded. "You can count on me!" She said as she followed Harmonia to the bench press, standing at the ready in preparation for the woman to start.

Waiting as the woman got into position Teuila would nod at the woman. "You got this." Teuila said, offering one last piece of encouragement before helping the woman take the barbell off the hooks before getting into a ready stance. After all Harmonia had placed her trust into her, and Teuila wasn't about to let the woman down, so she'd be alert and at the ready in case anything happened!

Teuila maybe thought that Harmonia only knew her from the day they spent together but in fact the blonde woman was always asking Dana about the most promising students of her current program and the answer was: Teuila.
The strong and talented young Samoan had done something that only a few people accomplished. Impressing Dana Ashford.

And so Harmonia had watched her training whenever she was in the city, saw her sparring matches and researched the girl a bit. And today they finally managed to talk to each other and Harmonia found out that Teuila was not only her Kohai but her friend as both seemed to have the same goal, something Harmonia appreciated, namely: "Getting Stronger"

And with Harmonia ready to beat the next level, she could'nt think of someone better then Teuila to help her accomplish her goals. The blonde Austrian laid on the bench, raised her arms and grabbed for the barbell. This was it. Her next test. Would she be ready for it?

She tooka deep breath, her eyes meeting Teuilas and she nodded without saying a word as both women strained to get the heavy barbell up.
The arms of the Austrian started to tremble, her entire system was focused on this one moment.
Then she nodded again and Teuila released the weight, putting the 100 kgs entirely on Harmonia.

The blonde woman grunted as she held the barbell, slowly lowering it, Teuila following with her hands, ready to help her when things went dangerous and so, with her breath sucked in she lowered it right over her collarbone, her arms trembled, every muscle in her body strained and seemed ready to pop the austrian woman struggled to get it up again. She moaned through clenched teeth, spit spraying over her lips, her head went deep red and her body started to sweat profusely.

The blonde was in trouble, it seemed that she would'nt make it, that the worst possible case has become a reality and Teuila looked at Harmonia. When the Samoan girl moved, Harmonia opened her mouth.

"No...", she said and gave her a pleading look.
"Can.. Make... It...", she groaned and pressed her eyes shut.

Harmonia really was amazing. Teuila was being reminded of that constantly throughout the impromptu training session that she had been invited too by the blonde woman. Not only was Harmonia so extremely determined but she was also fighting hard not just to keep up with LAW, but to rise above it and continually getting stronger. That was something Teuila respected more than anything and why she admired the woman so much, second only to Dana as far as she was concerned.

So now that she was here, with Harmonia's life quite literally in her hands Teuila was ready and prepared to jump in the moment Harmonia couldn't take it anymore. No matter what she would prove to the blonde that the trust put in her was well placed!

So here she stood, legs spread slightly, body tensed ready to move at the drop of a hat as Harmonia managed to lift the bar off its place, officially starting the dead lift. Initially it seemed as if she may not be able to take it, making Teuila grit her teeth softly as she prepared herself, moving in just a bit in case. But as she did so she heard Harmoni's determined words that she could do it.

Nodding Teuile reluctantly pulled back slightly. Just enough to show that she would allow Harmonia the space she needed to try and do this on her own. No more and no less. "You can do it!" Teuila said motivationally with a determined nod of her head, trying to help Harmonia push herself. "Come on go beyond your limits!" Teuila said, relying on a old faithful from anime, hoping that it would be enough to help Harmonia manage the feet

The PPV was around the corner, everything Harmonia had trained for, went through and had to endure was culminating in a cage at a beach in LA. This was the time to prove herself and also prove everyone wrong who dismissed her as just a pretty face. Harmonia was so much more and she knew that there were people that believed in her, like Teuila, who looked up to her and Harmonia was sure would never stop admiring her. So she would'nt dissapoint her Kohai, she would'nt dissapoint Shadow Fortress and she damn sure would'nt dissapoint herself here!

"Gnhgh....ghhhaaaah...AAAAAAAHH!" Suddenly, the shaking stopped, Harmonias eyes went wide and with a slow, steady pace, the barbell went up. Harmonias body was reeling, every fiber in her body screamed for release, to finally give in, but her will was strong and it took over every muscle in her body. The Austrian knew that becoming stronger not only meant to strengthen your body but your will too. And now, at this very moment, here in this gym were it all had started for her, that was so familiar to the blonde woman, she would do it. She had a trusty friend at her side, watching over her, she was in a place she was comfortable with and she knew what she wanted. To beat Amirah and show LAW another side of "The Model".

And then with a loud scream her arms pressed upwards a last time, the limbs outstretched now, the weights dangling in the air. Harmonia Edelstein had done it. She had broken her own record again and had become stronger! Teuila helped her getting the weights back and secure it before the arms of the Austrian dropped down, her face red as a cherry and her body sweating profusely. But she had done it!
Against all odds Harmonia had managed to push 100 kg setting up her personal record and proving to herself and everyone that she was ready to face Amirah without any fear in her heart.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she laid there and a big smile crept across her face.
"I have done it...Teuila...I have done it...", she whimpered and her eyes met those of her Kohai. "No...we have done it.", she said and got up slowly before wrapping her arms around Teuila, pulling her in a tight embrace. "Dankeschön.", she thanked her in german and sighed. "I could'nt have done this without you Teuila-chan...", she said and loosened the embrace to look her Kohai into the eyes before her smile became a widespread grin.

"DID YOU FUCKING SEE THAT! THAT WAS 100 KG!", she cheered and pumped her fist into the air, cheering and giggling like a college freshman after graduating. "HOLY FUCKING SHIT! AM I A STRONG BITCH OR WHAT!", she laughed and fell back on the benchpress, taking Teuila with her wo ended up on her breasts, hearing Harmonias fast and loud heartbeat while the blonde just laughed and cried at the same time, tears of joy no less, but also the tears of a woman who just had shoved a big stone out of her way, on the road to success.
"Amirah will not know what hit her...", she chuckled and held Teuila close to her.

Teuila watched dutifully from her position camped out just behind Harmonia as she struggled and fought to lift the weight up. It was an arduous and difficult task with no small amount of danger to it, but thats why she was there. To insure that if Harmonia's arms did give out on her that she would catch the barbell before it could hurt the blonde. It was a role that required utmost trust in the person spotting by the one lifting.

And Teuila refused to break that trust. Even if her fingers were crushed in the process. However the main problem with her role that it would be a judgement call on her part. Act too late and Harmonia could get hurt, act too soon and she could damage the woman's pride and make this whole effort a waste. So for now she waited patiently, watching the woman's arms like a hawk, noting the way they shook and struggled with effort trying to lift the barbell further, looking for any sign they were about to give out.

"I'm right here Moni, you can do it!" Teuila said, encouraging her blonde superior to keep pushing on ahead, even if it hurt while also reassuring the woman that she was there as a safety net. "Ngh!" For a split second it looked as if Harmonia was about to give out and instantly Teuila reached out, nearly grabbing the barbell. Key word being nearly. Just as she was about to touch it she saw Harmonia begin to raise it up higher and higher, meaning that she was close.

Eyes widening as she backed off a bit she would wait, knowing that Harmonia was close and she would allow her to finish this if able. Luckily this turned out to be the exact case as finally with a scream of effort she managed to lift the barbell straight! "Alright!" She said enthusiastically as she helped the woman set the weight back down on the rack. Looking down at the woman's eyes below her Teuila would flash a wide, toothy grin to her, proud of what she had accomplished.

Shifting around to be at her side Teuila would continue with the celebration as she raised her arm up for a high five. "Way to g-MPH!" Not having the chance to finish speaking or to high five Harmonia Teuila found herself glomped by the woman and pulled down on top of her with a grunt! Struggling only for a second Teuila quickly embraced Harmonia, understanding her excitement and not at all minding a hug... even if she was having a hard time breathing.

That being said however the smothering effect of the hug wasn't long before the girl was offered a moment of relief when Harmonia loosened the hold enough for Teuila to pull her face up enough that just her chin rested on the woman's bountiful breasts. "You're welcome Harmonia, I was glad to help you." Teuila said, vicariously proud that she had helped Harmonia so much and earned her trust.

Teuila also found herself pulled along with the blonde when she cheered in excitement and fell off the bench, taking Teuila with her as the two ended up on the floor. Smiling at Harmonia's happiness and new found determination Teuila snuggled against Harmonia, especially since the woman was determined to keep her face pressed against her chest like a pillow. "Hehe I'm sure you'll kick her ass." Teuila said affirmatively to what the blonde said, feeling confident in the older woman's chances of her pay per view debut.

Harmonia could'nt feel her arms anymore but that was ok, it was all ok. Her heart feeling like it would jump out of her chest, her body trembling, her brain on overload, all of this was ok because she made it. She had put much work and effort in it and she finally made it. When she started training with Dana and the Shadow Fortress she could barely manage to get up 50 but a year of training later she finally made it. Harmonia felt ready like never before and she was sure that she could surprise not only Amirah but everyone at this new PPV.

She held her Kohai close, she was glad to be not alone at this moment, in fact, without Teuila she would'nt have made it and this was a fact. Her younger friend just gave her the extra motivation and care that she needed to succeed and Harmonia would be forever thankful for having the cheeky Samoan Girl as friend and fellow student. She and Teuila had an understanding that not just included a honest friendship, they were also bound by there Team, "The Shadow Fortress, a fact that both the Austrian and the Samoan took great pride in. Teuila was like a little sister to her and being her sensei and getting looked up upon by her friend was something that Harmonia took very serious. So it was clear that she would include her friend and Kohai in all her decisions and wishes regarding their team.

"That...is one of the best moments of my life...mein Gott...", she panted and held Teuila close, she just needed it right now, alle the overwhelming feelings, her shaking body, it was nice to have Teuila here, holding her and slowly get down, ease herself. The Blonde wrapped her arm tightly around the samoan girl and pressed her face into the bushy hair of Teuilas scalp and just grinned. "Thank you Teuila, thank you, thank you, I don't know what I would have done without you.", she said. "You brushed away all my idiotic fears and issues.", she smiled and then let go a little to look her in the eyes while tears were streaming down her cheeks. "I beat her...for the both of us, ok?", she grinned and gave her a big kiss on the forehead before getting into a sitting position. "Teuila-chan...would you bring me some water please?", the Senpai asked and leaned back against the benchpress. "And another thing...a last favor for tonight if you will...", she said and pointed over to the ring. "I want to see how good you have become since the last time I saw you fight...", she grinned.

This was nice. That was the main thought going through Teuila's head as she laid mostly on top of Harmonia in the midst of a bear hug initiated by the woman. Something that Teuila while surprised about didn't mind one bit. After all it wasn't often she got to lay on such large and soft... orbs like this and in general it was a nice feel good cuddle that Teuila had no issue being a part of. After all it wasn't every day you got to see someone break a big personal record, let alone play a part in it yourself. Teuila was just counting herself lucky that she had the pleasure of being both for Harmonia.

Feeling herself let loose a bit from her senpai Teuila would look up into Harmonia's eyes with a smile. "Of course you will." Teuila said in affirmation, firm in belief that Harmonia would win against Amirah when the time came for the two to clash at the pay per view. Really the only question was how she would win. Nodding up to Harmonia when asked to get her a water Teuila would do just that, pushing herself a bit away from Harmonia and getting herself up onto her feet. "Be right back!" Teuila said as she walked off to get the water, thinking about how simple photoshoot tips had led to the day and now night that she had had.

Smiling to herself at the fortune Teuila would make her way back to Harmonia, happily offering the woman a bottle of water before stepping back, figuring there was more to what Harmonia wanted to discuss or do. A gut feeling if you will. A gut feeling that turned out to be very, very accurate. Eyes widening in shock at what she heard Harmonia request of her it would only last a few seconds before being replaced by a confident smile. "That... that would be a honor." Teuila said, looking at the ring before back to Harmonia with a ready nod of excitement before she extended her hand down to the blonde. "Just don't be upset when I win!" Teuila said competitively with a determined glint in her eyes, ready to pull Harmonia up once she grabbed her hand.

Indeed it was very nice, Harmonia felt the same way, having her Kohai close to her as all the endorphins settled in to calm her body. She felt good and she shared this moment with a person that grew very important to her in a short time.

Of course they had mat each other countless times before but Harmonias help, their dinner, their evening together with the other students made them close very fast and when her Kohai was present, helping her in this crucial moment, it was as if Harmonia and Teuila now had forged a bond that went deeper then friendship.

For Harmonia, the younger girl could likely have been some sort of younger sister, family. For her, Teuila was family now and feeling the girls fast heartbeat she smiled, holding her close before asking for some water.

Harmonia smiled as her kohai eagerly got up to get her the refreshment and took it with a thankful glance.
"Dankeschön Teuila, you are a really special human being, you know that?",she smiled and when the samoan girl anxiously accepted her challenge, a big grin appeared on her face.

"Is that so...you saw me just press two lightweights and still are cocky?", she chuckled and grabbed the samoans hand to get on her feet.
"Alright, warm up and in fifteen minutes we meet in the ring, yes?", she said and walked to them bathrooms.

Fifteen minutes later both women stood in opposite corners of the Fortress training ring and Harmonia cracked her neck.
"You are ready, Kohai?", she grinned.

Having nodded to Harmonia and her decision to have them warm up and meet in the ring in fifteen minutes Teuila took it to heart. Already having the benefit of being dressed appropriately she had just rolled right into the ring.

Stretching lightly and getting herself ready she would smile eagerly as soon as Harmonia would enter the ring. "Lets go!" Teuila said eagerly towards the woman with a nod of eagerness towards the woman while holding her hands up and starting to circle the woman with a ready expression on her face.
