To my knowledge, it's only Honoka, Tina, Lisa, Helena, Nico, Tamaki, Momiji, Rachel, and Christie who are taken by active users. Marie Rose is also taken by an active user, but the character is currently inactive.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before (it most probably has been), but is there like an official guideline when a user is being considered acitve/inactive? I understand completely though if it's a case-by-case basis. The reason why this picked up my interest now was that back in January I asked about Kasumi (DoA) and was rightly informed that she was taken, but now that Iooked it up again after noticing that you hadn't included her in your list, the user hasn't posted since December and seems to have been "active" last in July. I'd still be interested making the character(s) based on her in LAW if the reference is considered free, so any hints/tips would be appreciated. (Tried browsing the FAQ/Getting started but could not pick up anything.)

Hey folks just to pop in here, I am using Nyotengu for Haruka Ito's Lady Tengu persona. But if anyone does wish to use em just let me know am happy to share for the sake of creative stuff
