Thanks, how would claiming a character from a potentially inactive user work? Also I assume you not mentioning Bulma means you don't know about her?

yeah, im not sure about bulma, but if you want videl, you would have to discuss that with the mods as it is a pretty grey area, since some people tend to just be inactive for like a year (or several months) and then they come back out of nowhere. so, rly only the mods can decide that and only the mods can give you the permission in such case.

Could you link me the account of the Videl owner? Nothing comes up when I search Videl except for this convo where we're mentioning her.
