Nozomi was letting Amy set the rhythm of the stretch when Amy stops Nozomi would pull. It’s a common yoga pose for pairs.

Amy would hold on looking at her trainee asking '' Would you like to stay a little longer or we can move on to the next phase. '' which was kinda a freebie for Nozomi proving she did her researchs right.

Amy would fire back with a smile of her own, stretching out before slowly starting to setting up... She would go on her knees and look to lock up with Nozomi but the rules were quite different this time around...

Close to finally facing the military course Amy been hyping up over the day, she decided to throw her a bone with a belly wrestling. She wanted to give her something she knew Nozomi would shine at at the end. Obviously it was not quite Keijo but it was fairly similar as she explains. '' We are getting closer to closure, time is almost up but for now... Is fairly simple... You are only allowed to use your belly to push me around. ''
