Aella smirked softly as she saw the slightly confused expression cross her protege's face at the specifics of their spar today. It was rather unorthodox and would provide quite the significant handicap for Aella, but she wanted to see what Dawn could do offense wise.. besides if she happened to enjoy the close proximity brought upon by any of Dawn's moves, that was just a bonus. "That would be correct. Whenever you're ready."

As she said this Aella would meet Dawn's expression with a steely determined one of her own as she gave the girl an open invitation to come at her whenever she was ready. Sure enough the blonde was quick to dash forward the moment she was invited. Smirking in response Aella squatted slightly and raised her arms. 'A frontal assault? Interesting.' Aella thought to herself seeing Dawn's charge and bracing herself to take the blonde head on.

Their spar was genuinely on the more efficient side in terms of giving Dawn room to show off her work. No chance of being overwhelmed unless the rules changed over time and the Canadian was basically given the privilege to take lead. Aella gave her approval to start things later and only a second later the blonde made her first advance.

Apparently Aella assumed that her opponent wanted to approach directly, however Dawn knew such a move could easily be countered so she tried to trick those cat eyes. She kept a poker face while continuing to run across the mat and hopefully beyond the crouched woman's range. If she didn't adapt in time, Aella would be in for a surprise as her partner just ran past towards the edge.

The blonde rebounded off the ropes returning to the centre. Even if the veteran turned around slightly, the next stage was already set in which Dawn leapt into the air like a frog and tried to land atop of Aella's shoulders, closing her legs around the other woman's necks for a modified headscissors.

Aella smirked at Dawn as she waited for the girl to start off her attack. After all the purpose of this spar, for now that is, was to show off her companion's skills. The older woman wanted to see more of what she could do and gauge a greater level of her skill in the process.

Soon the spar was underway with Dawn charging right at her. Based on what Aella knew of her she expected Dawn to try a frontal assault, if for no other reason than the chance to touch her. As such she responded by spreading her legs out and crouch a bit, preparing to take whatever Dawn threw at her. However it became apparent very quickly that Aella had misjudged Dawn.

Eyes widening as Dawn zipped past her Aella turned with widened eyes to try and keep track of her. However it was already too late as by the time she did she saw the blonde girl take to the sky! "Guh!" Gasping as she felt the pale legs of her opponent close around her head Aella was brought down to her knees immediately by Dawn's weight, her head trapped off the bat by Dawn's powerful legs which were soon being squeezed by Aella's hands as she groaned and wheezed from the scissors!

Dawn half considered just leaping into Aella's arms and steal a kiss, however as the preferences were outlined she felt it was better to pay in advance before getting her reward.

By the time she made a return journey, the veteran already turned around thus meaning Dawn needed less work to pull off her intended end result. Arching forward she kept her body balanced on Aella's shoulder, continuing to squeeze the older woman's neck for the timebeing. Obviously coming into this spar as a complete amateur.

Assuming that her opponent couldn't concentrate due to the loss of breath, the blonde then proceeded to lean back to forcibly throw Aella around in a Hurricanrana driver, hoping to also straddle atop of the panther's shoulders as well.

This was a spar Aella had been eager and motivated to get into, partially because of the stunning and striking appearance of her blonde opponent and now protege. But also because she was eager to see the skill and ability the girl had at her disposal, to see exactly what she could do with no restraints or limitations. She wanted Dawn at her best and most predatory.

And she was about to get it.

Expecting a frontal assault Aella had turned to receive a face full of Dawn as the blonde girl leapt up wrapping her legs around Aella's head making her gasp and groan into her lower half. Despite this the dark haired woman managed to stay on her feet, albeit barely. But there was nothing she could do in the moment to protect herself as the young woman threw herself backwards, bringing Aella down with her, spiking the older woman's head into the mat. Immediately groaning in pain into Dawn's legs Aella's hands would go up, squeezing and gripping Dawn's thighs as Aella kicked the mat furiously whilst waiting for what the girl's next move would be, forced to endure as Dawn leaned back, adding extra pain to the scissors!

This is what the mentor asked for, Dawn trying her hardest to be the dominant species through utilising her gifts. She successfully managed to think one step ahead and land her first submission plus throw in succession.

As a little bonus morsel, she earned the privilege of straddling the older woman, while laying back to continue applying pressure through the headscissors. "Oooh..how does this fit? Hmmm?" Just as she was about to tease the laying opponent by attempting to smother her, Aella immediately put up a resistance. They were barely a minute into this spar and have fought before, so it was a no brainer that the veteran wouldn't go down without a fight. Feeling the strength in those claws, Dawn had moderate difficulty keeping her own legs melded around Aella's throat. It didn't help she had trouble grounding herself midst all the kicking.

Thus the blonde had to reluctantly disengage and roll off the target towards, but her eyes remained locked Sitting down temporarily, she pulled herself to a crouched stance as if mimicking a frog. Hoping that Aella was the tiniest bit drained, Dawn leapt into the air attempting to graze the cat's belly with a knee drop.

Dawn had already impressed Aella form their first bout alone, so that credit was already done unto her former opponent and now protege. Yet the whole purpose for this spar had been to further test Dawn, to showcase what she could do without constraints or limitations. Needless to say Aella was reminded clearly of why Dawn had impressed her to begin with.

Off the bat the blonde managed to take the older woman by surprise with a sudden headscissor which brought her down to the mat with the girl on top! 'Hm not bad.' Aella thought to herself, unable to properly respond to Dawn's playful words but certainly able to take them in still.

But what would be more telling is how the girl responded to her resistance. Between Aella's struggling and squeezing of her thighs she was no doubt making the hold difficult to maintain, so whether the girl tried to double down or abandon the hold would be telling and soon she'd have her answer as the blonde released the hold and swiftly moved off her allowing Aella the chance to breathe more.

However Aella was genuine when she said she'd be focused on countering and evading. She fully expected a follow up attack and as a result quickly rolled to the side, swinging her legs around under her to lift her body off the mat while bracing herself with her hands under her. Consequently as she looked up at her sparring partner Aella's crouch and overall posture was reminiscent of a cat tensed up and ready for a pounce or to flee. Just as Aella was as she awaited Dawn's next move.

Dawn continued on her quest to show every fruit of wrestling knowledge she had available. The only thing drastically different to their match is her teacher focusing on a specific non-combat style and possibly consenting to a few more bruises.

In comparison to the takedown earlier, her next aerial was predictable based on line of approach. Thus Dawn's knee would only graze the canvas causing the blonde to freeze up from self-inflicted damage. "That...that shall not happen again...ahhh how interesting" She affirmed while making conversation with the crouched cat.

If she stalled a bit too long, it would have been to easy for Aella to get another read. The main objective should be to eventually corner her large target. Just as she would act when meeting a furry friend, Dawn folded her knees so she could properly crouch and mimic Aella's catlike posture. Since this role was allocated to her, the lightweight sprung up her legs to pounce towards her opponent, hoping to land on that large frame in time.

Aella smirked at Dawn as she waited for the girl's next form of attack, eagerly watching the girl's lithe body while gingerly stepping about in her crouch. It was something she dind't use often since her retirement as a luchadora but she remembered why she liked moving like this so much. It was low to the ground, making counters or escapes easier, not to mention it exuded a aura of pure sexual and mysterious energy.

That's why when she saw her protege take the same stance a proud and energized smile graced Aella's lips as she looked across the girl. Already a blooming of pride at seeing this. Smirking at Dawn the dark haired woman as she remained silent in the face of the blonde's words. Instead just wagging her finger at her to invite her in too attack.

Which is just Dawn did as she charged forward at Aella, likely trying to bring her down with her body to gain the advantage again. 'Not this time girl.' Aella thought to herself as she swept herself to the side, rolling around and to the side to avoid Dawn's attempt while remaining in her crouched position like a cat after its prey. "Mhmm come now Dawn." Aella purred playfully while slowly moving in a circle around the girl, moving animalistically knowing it'd likely further entice the girl. "I want you to make me mewl and yowl with pain and pleasure my little sunshine." The older woman said, hitting the girl with a sexually deviant tone of speech to see if she could throw her off her game, and see how she'd respond overall to the tactic.

She was quite spellbound by a few images of younger Aella in the feline stance but assumed it was a fossil of the past, but Dawn may have brought rabbit's feet considering what her luck and recent hopping resembled. To the lightweight, this position was just as enticing as it was defensively practical, enough to bring the mentor and protégé to even an closer wavelength.

A physical invitation wasn't even necessary for Dawn to pounce and try snag her treat once again, however Aella's reflexes proved to be ahead as the blonde was evaded a second time. Despite missing, the Canadian woman landed on all fours without letting out a single yelp. She stared at the other woman blankly, slightly mesmerised by the mind games Aella just pulled. This caused primal thoughts to bubble up in the moonchild's head.

However rather than distort Dawn's focus it only served as further motivation while those pupils tracked the veteran's movements. Awaiting the right angle, she pounced once again but instead opting for the bit of canvas Aella was about to approach. While she briefly glided across the air, Dawn outstretched her left paw and swung it around an arc, hoping to catch her larger prey's neck. If the panther was snagged, she might be in for a little deathroll across the mat.
