Chika might've been stunned by the toss to the floor, but she was still aware of her surroundings. She quickly clasped her hands together, right as Rei tried to hyperextend it, blocking the armbar!

She hanged on for dear life as she desperately tried to find a way out...

Rei quickly tried to lock her opponent into an armbar but she managed to hold on with her other hand, blocking the attempt.

To answer this, Rei raised her closest foot to Chika's face, just to smash her heel into Chika's face, raising it again to do it again! Going on with this relentless foot strikes until Chika let's her hand go so Rei can armbar it.

The fact that Rei still had her legs free from the hold escaped Chika as she raised and smashed her foot right into her face, trying to force the Japanese woman to release her arm...

...and eventually, the hard shots proved too much as she did just that, releasing her arm as her rival hyperextended the joint!

She screamed and kicked her legs around, doing anything she could to alleviate the pain from the hold...

Rei's furious foot strikes successfully made Chika release her arm, giving Rei to pull it all out, locking a proper armbar. Making her opponent scream and struggle on the ground as Rei only continued to bend Chika's arm more and more each second, also leaning her foot to Chika's face, pressing it down on her face to add a quick foot smother into this armbar submission.

Chika tried to fight through the pain, trying to figure the way out of the hold...but she was met with a nasty surprise as Rei's foot pressed into her face, smothering her!

"MMMMPH!!!", she let out in the middle of the hold, trying to grab her foe's leg off and move it off her face...

...before trying to trap her leg under her free arm for a leg lock!

After few seconds of armbarring and foot smothering, Chika hooked her ankle. It was not a leglock completely for now, not giving any pain yet but it sure can translate into an ankle lock easily, and besides that, it lowered the pressure on the armbar, the hold started to loosen up slowly, Rei was giving her all to imply all the pain she can before Chika escapes the armbar.

Chika growled as the armbar, while less painful, was still applying pressure to her arm. She grit her teeth as she tried to twist Rei's trapped limb to the best of her ability, trying to apply a one handed ankle lock to force her rival to release the hold!

Pain on her arm was growing but it stopped with another pains appearance. Rei's foot was locked in some kind of modified, one-handed ankle lock. Making Rei release the armbar to flip herself into her stomach, lying like that to send a backward kick into Chika's hand so she can release the ankle lock. It was kinda a weak kick because of the position

With Chika cranking the pain on the hold, Rei would finally release the armbar, and flip on her stomach to try and counter Chika's hold.

Chika would try and milk the hold for all it was worth, adding her sore arm to help her twist her foe's limb, as Rei started to send kicks to her arm to get out of the hold:

"Hah...not going to be this easy!", she would say, trying to keep control of the hold.

With Rei turning on her stomach and Chika brining the other hand into the hold, this became a proper ankle lock submission. Rei was grunting with the pain on her foot while throwing furious kicks mostly to Chika's hands, trying to make her release the hold.
